This just sounds like Google with extra steps.
Your comment has been posted in the wrong thread as I'm sure you're aware by now. FWIW, this is a known Lemmy bug.

Horrific
Please do not forget there’s a father and 19 year old son onboard. They, the crew, and everyone else do not deserve to die.
Does anyone realistically expect this game to come out?
Existing beyond death seems too exploitative for my liking. But also, what do people think about trademarks and patents.
It’s strange to consider the US system of prices and taxes from an Australian perspective. In Australia all prices must be displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes.
There isn’t a cutoff in my experience. I’ve met more over 40 gamers that are chill to hang out with then under 25s.
Does it have a name?
I agree. The current UI is really good for this point in Lemmy’s development. However, it has some way to go. One problem is that on mobile, post size can be scaled too big, since it will not truncate text. Leaving large posts like the useful sticked threads taking up half your phone screen on some of the apps.
Not sure how to suggest to work around this. The sticked threads are valuable and shouldn’t have to compromise for the shortcomings of the UI.
These days, I don't think phones even turn off completely. Closing to sleeping. And only a portion of background services will stop and restart.
Reddit tended to have a pervasive assumption that everyone was American. I like the idea of engaging in location specific communities.
I was surprised at the number of non- technology themed episodes.
Table Top Simulator is great for group fun.

Post content is one way I guess. Doesn’t help the administration. But it keeps the community lively.
Try adding the site to your home screen. It will actually add a progressive web app, which is surprising useful.
Every religious community organisation that I have had first hand personal experience with has been involved in a myriad of verified claims of abuse Including: sexual, financial, and elder. My confidence in these institutions is now nonexistent. And I find myself misidentifying with them completely. I think I am now de facto apathetically agnostic.
That’s actually hilarious.
Duplicate comment.
Well Google is gutting ad blockers. So maybe there will be an extremely minor exodus yet.
There was a discussion amongst the admins and moderators about a summary bot that was making the rounds a few days ago. It was pretty in your face and even produced some inaccurate information. Though, the reason that it was so disliked was that it encouraged people to not read the source material. In the end the decision was made to ban the bot.

I consider them reputable and worth reading.
My family has opted to buy food on these occasions, maybe you should try that.
And put on a consumer hat next. How about an offical release for people that have funded a game. Be that a 1.0 release with promised features in later updates. Their model at the moment is confusing for anyone outside of they diehard fan base. But why should they care right? As long as their commercials work, that’s what it’s all about.
Sure, let's hope they have a backup policy in place for best practice. But also it is kinda decentralized anyway. Every dev is going to have their local repo, and that is essentially a backup.
Are you concerned about corruption due to multiple users? Are you using the repo in the intended way? Then it's fine. Git has locking mechanisms. Pull, work, commit, push.

You’re right. I’m going to start actively searching out positive stories to post.
I mean, I wonder how much time is wasted refactoring with software and hardware that has been invented post the start of their development. Considering how long their development has been.
They are a sovereign nation after all, like it or not.
Australian government:
Australia's longstanding policy is to recognise States, not governments. The Australian Government does not extend or withhold formal recognition to new regimes. Australia will continue to judge the Taliban regime by its actions.

Since it's on a network share, there's the extra overhead of managing the file system permissions. And you probably hadn't received access at the point.
Can I get these working on mobile?
