A while ago I slighted the darksouls fans on here and the next day I noticed that every comment I had ever made had extra downvotes on them

Listen imma level with you bro, if they are genuinely calling it "toilet to tap", and you dont get why people might find that a little off-putting, then i dont think this thread has anything for you.
Boy that would seriously mess with the narrative of this comment section if that were the case
Edit: oh no
The amount of knee jerk rage I've seen over paint whenever one of these incidents happens. Its paint. It comes off. Its an extremely effective strategy to get attention while causing little to no damage.
I dont think its unreasonable to assume that the Russian military command genuinely believed the they were a lot stronger than they actually were when this started. Just based on what news I've been following, it seems like its very common for Russian officers to lie to their superiors about how strong their units are for the sake of looking good.
This is kind of the hot take going around right now but honestly duo has a lot of advantages. Huge selection of languages, gameified lessons, and the app is really streamlined and responsive.
Im not sure if its better or worse for learning than other apps, but i suspect "learning" a language has a lot more to do with personal drive and dedication than whatever app you chose to learn with
I think you're right, but i also remember learnning that some birds have learned to break nuts open using concrete, which i think is what this bird is trying to do
There are certain people on the internet who have been conditioned to impulsively post any recognizable reference even if only tangentially related to a topic in hopes of getting some sort of response. It's the redditor syndrome
My general metric:
Hahaha = gen x
Lol = older millenial
Lmao = younger millenial
💀 = Gen z
It's astonishing how pretty much everything distasteful in the new testament comes from Paul. If you took him out you'd lose 70% of the story but it would be so much more palatable as a religious text
This made so mad it makes me want to shut down small grassroots videogame tournaments held by passionate communities for games I haven't monotized in literal decades!
Probably because hitting on people outside of social settings is distasteful and potentially creepy. Nobody wants to be chatted up by strangers when they're just trying to run errands.
Ok its not loading properly on my phone so i accept i might have to eat my words here, but i remember the vast majority of quests in cyperpunk being "go into a building and kill some guys".... Not exactly ground breaking stuff
I'd been grasping for literally any alternative to Reddit for months and heard about this place when they shut down third party apps. Haven't thought about going back even once...
My general strategy is just to find the toughest, most muscular looking guy in the gym and ask for help. So far every single time they've turned out to be extremely friendly people who love explaining their hobby.
I guess etymologically it would just mean man-human. So it technically works
I hope so, but I'm nervous. The Outer Worlds also seemed really promising at first but turned out to be so disappointingly bland. Fingers crossed though
Excellent point
My guy that already happens. Didn't you see the hbomberguy video?
For me its moreso about what the older gens won't use than what the younger ones will
The thing i always think about is that qoute from Virginia Wolfe where she likens the writing to a schoolboy doing stunts for the sake of getting attention. I remember thinking that was exactly how it felt while I was reading Ulysses, it felt like a highschool creative writer mashing things together without considering whether it was actually good or not.
However im not going to sit here and pretend im an objective critic. The book is obviously famous and important for a reason. I'm interested to know how it saved your life, if you feel like sharing
Guys, I think this comment is probably just confusing Gilgamesh with Beowulf. Mistakes happen
Tiber Septim using Neilmidium the brass titan
Haha thats actually a solid idea. I'd drink astronaut water in a heartbeat.
I think your right the honesty is refreshing but when it comes to marketing i think reclaimed water is just about the last place you want that kind of honesty
Oh.... well then you spelled your made up parody word wrong :/
They'll probably kill off his character in the first scene then leave us with the cheaper actors for the rest smh
No Miss Marple huh.... Shame
A wolf with sporadic depression?
Well i didn't really want to but just for you, Skaffi, I looked it up on YouTube and copied the link
I used to have a friend who was born with his left hand disabled and could only really play videogames on easy unless they had heavy accessibility options. Whenever i see these weird "dark souls needs to be hard" people i cant help but think about him and how he's barred from playing these deep, visually impressive games because the community starts sending death threats at the mere mention of an easy mode.
When i figure out what gen a's 'funny' synonym is I'll update the list
Extremely well said, thank you.
