Included with this, promoting one of your shows before the one your watching starts should be considered an ad and not happen on ad free tiers, looking at you HBO and Paramount.

Since we're all throwing out DNS options, I'll toss in NextDNS

For a long time my pihole was able to do it with some regex entries, but Google was pretty persistent about not letting that work, so for Android I just started doing Revanced.

Like you said, the web browser still blocks fine.

Nissan! Shoot, I did it wrong...

If that's all you need, I'd probably just start using Tubi, Pluto, and Plex. Pluto and Plex have some good live channels (Tubi might also, haven't checked). Tubi and Plex have a decent catalogue of on demand shows and movies. Of course if you already have Netflix, it might be hard if there's a specific show they're used to.

Great now do Intuit.

I hate the ones that are listed as remote, but when you read deeper it says remote - in x location, if there was a way to filter those out of searches, it would be convenient.

Are you referring to the foundation president Mark Surman or the corporation CEO Laura Chambers? She seems to be an interim position holder, so I guess whatcha referring to?

EFF sent out a campaign to their mailing list this morning about how banning it is a bad move for free speech and a better option would be to create actual data privacy laws that companies have to follow to do business in the US, but of course that would just put more money in politicians pockets to ensure it never sees the light of day.

Nebula.tv because there is an option for no monthly subscription at the moment

Personally still think 2 was the overall best, there were a lot of mechanics I wish made it to legion

If you've got like 24 minutes this video gives a pretty solid explanation.

Still on the fence here is the g pronounced like in GIF?

I'm sure it's been done, but your explanation of a chimera person sounds like a great idea for some kind of detective novel or something.

Not sure what VPN you're using, but I found that PIA is blocked, but Proton isn't, as of last week anyway, something could have changed.

Did I know what each link was before clicking? Yes. Did I click each just to make sure? Also yes.

I wish I could go back to before I read this comment so I didn't know what I was missing.

(New) disabled all my inbox rules and since you can't create new rules in the OWA irom what I could see, there was basically no management. Glad I moved my personal stuff to Proton before they kill the standard Outlook app entirely

It doesn't really have any of the fancy bells and whistles, but if you want a notes app that allows handwriting, I use Xournal++

Presumably the ones that know how much MS gets for selling data.

Whenever I need a new profile picture for my TTRPG character, absolutely. Anything else? No thanks.

If Spongebob has taught me anything, it's that that won't work.

Personally I'd prefer a flip with a smaller screen than a mm slimmer phone.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like for the most part, at least for big decisions, the corporation answers to the foundation which is more of a commitee anyway. Maybe they're kept more separate than that, but that's the impression that I got.

You can also just hit the view desktop site button in settings, at least on Firefox.

To be fair, we don't know that doesn't exist somewhere

It's like the Robot Chicken Star Wars skit "This deal is getting worse all the time"

Yes I know he does actually use that line in Empire but still

I went to StartPage personally.

Followed up by the fourth movie, Hard and Harder

The phone app has it's problems at times, things like resetting to the main page, and other little nuisances, but I really like Nebula, went so far as to pay for their lifetime deal.

I think the feather was Yankee Doodle not Yankovic

Most of the WISP systems I work with max out at 30 Mbps, but it's also older tech. In Rochester though there really are better options so that's kinda insane that any one would be using that, it isn't typicalky cheaper than cable at the very least.

Any particular reason you went from Tidal to Apple Music? I see a lot of people here recommending it, so I'd be interested to hear any negatives it has.

Dark Sun is a fantastic album.

I have used Spotify's 15 free hours a month for shorter light novels, but beyond that, buying the rights to listen to a book, or buying more listening hours is very much not worth it through them.

It's excessive now, but once it works, I'd much rather subscribe to drivethru AI than pay an acceptable living wage to some human. /s

Spotube uses m4a as a format and doesn't always get it right as it basically just searches the song on YouTube

I was gonna say, for public universities that sounds like a violation of the first amendment, but I could be wrong.

Youcan tell from the photo which one is the top and which one is the bottom
