With the api changes it has exploded with posts misleading everyone with gifs that happened years ago with inflammatory titles, the racism and hate is just left to fester within comment sections etc... It's really sad to see how much the platform can be damaging to everyone visiting it without moderation. It feels like the funnyjunk website now, but somehow is getting worst. Seeing an entire feed only filled with hate, misinformation, and full of bots.

I would take it while fishing tbh, and I would get a sitter for theses twice a year trips. This is a long term plan, so all info would be great. Do you have experience with donkeys?

I think he just wants a private club with all the people already inside on a familiar and well respected platform imo, he just doesn't realize that his 5 minutes of fame are over, people see for who he really is.

You are right about the lack of research. I do not plan to harm any donkey and am still assessing the proper amount of care that must be given to such an animal. Do you work with donkeys? Two seem like a better idea, and will demand considerably more investment of time to think over it.

yeah social media should be more functional and easily put away when not needed. I love the fact that I just don't get attention consuming notifications. I love the fact that there isn't an algorithm that promotes the most inflammatory point of view for "eNgAgEmEnT".

Goats seem like neat animals as well. But I heard that they need to be always pregnant if I would want some milk, which seems a bit cruel. Also they do not live long, but I will consider it.

Thank you for the information, other comments have pointed their need for mental stimulation and companionship. I intend to look into many options, and a fellow donkey mate is on the list of primary considerations. On the subject of donkeys, do you know if they are rather patient? Would they rather walk around or laze about (it depends on the donkey, I bet)? I am trying to picture their behavior, from the minimal amount of research I've done.
