Except people 3 years into that wait are already getting called up for their turn. A lot of people are declining to take it up

What if you're thinking about showering while out and about? Also what if you're thinking about having thoughts in the shower while you're not in the shower?

Flat panels suck for resistance to bending, the compound curves and folds pressed into most car panels give them more rigidity

A couple of years back I read an interesting article about how cities aren't ready for autonomous cars, that when city parking is more expensive than running the vehicle, there will be fleets of empty cars driving slowly in laps around inner suburbs.

And hey, look at that!

Mods are leaving first, their tools have been neutered, and they'd rather move to lenmy, kbin or anything else where they don't have to fight the admins. Users will follow

They are switching off the copper network in NZ. Suburb by suburb at the moment. But 87% have fibre, up to 8Gb/s to the home.

Eugh I tried signing up, but they want a phone number for txt verification, and block the free online numbers to get around that.

A shoulder mounted camera with lots of mass is easier to get stable footage from, it doesn't wobble around like a small handheld

He borrowed it from the Saudis who would dearly love to kill the main organising tool behind the Arab Spring. A few B lost is cheap to them

It's an issue that could be solved within lemmy where communities with the same name should be able to merge and show each others content.

It also happens when users join and pick the largest community at the time, which may be overtaken later but the user will never know unless they often go looking

For single use, sure there's food safe grade petg. However there's tiny pores between layers that would make it impossible to fully clean. There are lacquer sprays, also food grade for sealing prints or print in asa or abs and vapour smooth it. Happy butt stuffing.

It's the mods leaving that are going to doom the site. The users will follow soon after

Hire a pool boy so your husband doesn't get tired. Pool boys have more stamina too

I live in a hilly suburb, there's a parking pad at road level which is far from my house and on council land. No way for me to install charging equipment. It's very common in my country.

Also abs gives off poisonous styrine vapours you must vent the fumes outside.

The despecialized edition uses a ton of cleaned up shots that don't change in a story sense but have grain and wires and other compositing errors cleaned up. These are new works. Even the VHS release and any HD releases could be considered new works as the colour and sound would have been tweaked for each format. The best thing to do would be to find an original film print and have it scanned. Anything else would push the clock back.

With a detector and very accurate clocks, it would be easy to say "I'm going to send a pulse at 2pm, record when you receive it" that's measuring it in one direction

Cute!

Had a friend who worked there because he needed their health insurance to cover his sick kid. That is so screwed, in the rest of the world that's not even a consideration.

The really advanced US tanks and jets haven't entered the fight yet, and we've seen big gains in the last week with Russia losing 3 towns in the south, all the gains they made in the north over the last month taken back, and more groups crossing the Dnipro river. It's been a slow acceleration wearing through Russian reserves, but there's still a way to go before winter slows things down.

The real advanced weapons enter the fight next spring.

There's a few boards that bridge the gap between pi and a pc for media servers and small NAS uses. Look at Asus Tinker board, Odroid, Udoo Bolt, Orange Pi, Rockpro64, BeagleBone

Yes they need to be separate lights and yellow here in NZ. We mostly follow japan's car safety rules so probably the same in many countries
