I hope this lawsuit forces them to remove this. I'm sorry this young girl died. This isn't the first issue they had with this drink. My husband and I were discussing it months ago. He thought it was just lemonade - sugar, water, lemons. We didn't figure out why he was up all night. Later someone old him how much caffeine it has. We had no idea. It's dangerous to those with high bp.

I don't see how reddit "won". They may have gotten their way by raking devs and users over the coals, but they didn't win. They got their way. Now it remains to see if any service will usurp them in the future.

Wow this is so interesting. Always first person for me - maybe there were other times otherwise but I don't remember. Wow I never imagined people would dream otherwise.

I shocked me when I read somewhere else that a lot of people don't dream in color. What the hey?

The reason Hamas is in existence is because their peoples' homes being taken and the Palestinians being killed constantly, for years. What would you do if your nation has lived in their land for ages, and a people came and took your family homeland and killed your family, and took neighborhoods and whole swaths of areas, then penned you up so that you couldn't exit or enter your country without their permission...don't you think you'd rise up with some other warriors to do something, anything? That's what Hamas is. It is not a terrorist organization to go out and cause terror and trouble. It is the fighting representative of a beaten people.

Now what about the rest of everyone? There need to be regulations for everyone, including gig workers, to make more money.

America built on the backs of the poor, with the rich with whips whipping at their backs. But we all knew this. We know that the rich are evading axes, and we poor are all paying for the criminey! government funding that we hate. (there are some good things the government funds, but nothing compared to what they put in crazy wars and overseas spending. But that's another gripe.) I kind of feel bad this guy got 5 years for telling us all what we already know. Now if he would have given us all a way to fix this problem, that would be something for the rich and government to be in an uproar about.

And five years is quick, compared to the life sentence exile that Edward Snowden got. We all knew all that stuff too.

They did! Now we shamefully have a criminal on the Republican party ticket. All has changed for the worse quickly.

Does anyone else think this will go to court over copyright infringement? Purposefully similar name and same industry.

$12 million - a bargain for digitizing the collection for eternity.

I shut off asuch of Cortana on my desktop as I could. Not a wanted feature.

Manually save often. She learned the hard lesson all of us learn. I never rely on autosave anywhere. It does not always do it's job.

When the creator of Stardew Valley can charge $14 for his awesome game, and put it on multiple platforms and release updates for jo extra cost, and not charge subscription fees, and everyone can mod it and be happy, and the creator has made multimillions by now ... Other companies need to take note.

From someone who worked at a company who wasted tons of money and had too many parties, excess staff and ceos who made excessive salaries, if these gaming companies are charging too much they need to look internally to fix issues instead of asking their customers to fuel their greed.

I'm on today but was unable to get on many times. It says to change instances, but with no clue how to easily do that. I could not figure it out - so I just left it do its downtime thing until I could return.

Also, a lot of the posts are weird. Political. I don't want to see that stuff and have blocked what I can but I'm still seeing the stuff!

When I go to specific forum topics I do want to read, there just aren't many posts.

When I end up on the front page, some days it's the same stuff I read hours before.

Some things need to change to make it more attractive to hang out here. Even us nerdy types are finding other places.

Not complaints. Just my observations that perhaps someone can look at as a point to make some changes

This was hilarious. "I am not mature..." 😆

I've been with Namecheap so so many years. Highly recommended.

Yeah what did he expect. It's not a people's platform anymore. It's the owner's. Better he be off and do his own thing elsewhere. Find better fields!

We always knew that. What they don't tell you is your phone is also secretly listening. "Ok Google" <- turn that thing off too

I don't think so. We had that "hurricane" in Calif that was mostly in Arizona. I have multiple friends there and I know the temps dropped that time a couple weeks ago. So it may have been 54 days this year, but not consecutive.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. It should not happen to anyone.

Please filter all your news and social media so that you can enter words into the filters. Filter out all words and topics that upset you. Don't use social apps that don't have these filters. Get used to not reading news apps that show you whatever they want. You be in control of what news and social media content you see. Doing this will help you a lot and block out all the awful news in this world. A lot of us who have trauma just are too sensitive to it and must protect ourselves.

One of my most favorite subs used to have the usual lovely posts and interactions. After the drama, one mod just posts a daily question. It's boring. Hardly anybody responds. I don't think people are allowed to post freely anymore, because it's just full of these boring questions. One way to take down your subreddit.

Thanks. My win11 install is coming up. Looks like I may need this. Bookmarked

I like this but would rather see a multi country coordinated oceanic study. We're all in this together.

This is becoming like the paid to win games. Whales take all.

Modding (as long as it's not hacker modding in like RDR2) makes the game personalized and so much more fun.

I wanted to play Diablo but Blizzard support hasn't taken off the keyfob authenticator off my account, despite repeated requests. So I guess I don't get to play anyway. Now I really feel like I'm not missing out on anything.

Israel wants the land. They've been taking Palestinian homes and properties and kicking out the owners for many years. They've requested that people in northern Gaza move out, and go south or be killed. They plan to take Palestinian land for themselves, imo.

You can if you use apps.like Connect. There are keyword filters. So helpful!

I only visit one subreddit now. I used to have so many. This one is something I'm actively involved in and it doesn't have representation here yet. I read less of it and post comments even more less.

Yep. Why is this? I stopped buying games because I end up sticking to the same ones and types that give me the most joy, where I feel like I'm achieving something and not wasting my time.

If i open a game now that's too difficult to learn, has too many key options, is too bright for or hard on the eyes, is gory, doesn't have bag space and wants to nickel and dime me for it, etc...I just stop. Red Dead Redemption - beautiful game and I crave to go back. It is too difficult and causes me so much stress. Not worth it. There was this other game I wanted to play. The controls and interface was just awful. Look around the world caused motion sickness and hurt the eyes. WoW - toxic community.

When you get older, I think you learn what works for you. What feels comfortable. What feels good. What makes you happy. Because that's what you're there for, to be happy.

All of them right now. There is nothing I want to see because it's not quality stuff or interesting to me. It would be nice to have something new to watch that is actually good.

I doubt you're going to find truly neutral. We'll not know who is lying to us on any particular article.

For particular Gaza, Palestine news, you can read Al Jazeera. The Washington Post has good coverage of all the news.

Not worth the stress. I mostly only post now if my comment is helpful (like someone is asking a question and I know the answer) or I'm posting something positive. I learned not to get into it with folks. I do not post in political or news or opinionated areas, and mostly stopped reading them. Someone always has the opposite opinion, and instead of being kind about it, they snipe and snark (you're lucky if you get just that!)

But they already have.

Yeah, I don't think so.

I do! I have some regular playlists I use when I can't sleep. I don't want the Wi-Fi signal at my ear or near my body all night. Doing it old style sets me at ease.

Hi, I'm glad I came across this post! I have a super super old HP printer. They were the best. I have to say mine is at least 20 years old, pre-wireless. It's recently had problems and I'm not sure I can fix it. I need a new printer.

I have heard of Brother printers but not always been one of the top printers - everyone likes Canon, HP, Epson.

I think I'll look more into them because of the non-proprietary ink. The ink of these printers is sometimes more than getting a new printer itself. It does not make sense.

I'm mostly an HP person since the start, so I'll still be looking into these too. Hope you have better luck with yours.

I've looked at Obsidian but have you looked at Zettlr? I think I prefer it over Obsidian.

Nice to see that you're getting your own thing going.

I use Vivaldi. I've been getting the ads mostly. I have to open YouTube in a private window and view from there. Do you have Unblock with scripts? My scripts only worked for awhile. The built in adblocking is just not working for me.

If you're a gal, you might like Zulily for clothes, shoes and household items. I've bought more than several things there and been very pleased. Delivery takes forever tho'

We kept ourselves to one for years. Now is zero.

So many things. Japan. Star Trek. 90's cartoons. Computers. Those are just a few.
