How do Badges work? I setup some on /m/Utah and have tried adding them to threads, but there doesn't seem to be any sort of drop-down or autocomplete for them. And I don't see them show up anywhere on

I have also asked about Badges and not received an answer. I assumed they were like flairs too, but don't seem to actually do anything? That's the one thing I just can't really find any info on. Hopefully someone can answer this.
