People can already bring 20 joints into a school if they want to. Has Ron looked at other states that have legalized it and observed schools bursting at the seems with pot?

prevalent odor of cannabis that he says would result from the reform

Oh no! Another smell to go along with car exhaust and low tide!

Can't forget those shareholders! It really worries me what things are going to look like in 30-50 years time. There's only so much you can squeeze out of people until there's nothing left.

“He was a hero because he was crucified. I like people who weren't crucified.”

The mods deleted it because it didn't include "[OC]" as a prefix.

I've stopped carrying while out in public entirely, and this is one of the reasons.

I also don't want to be mistaken for a bad guy and shot by a LEO or another civilian who's carrying.

Cool, landlords can buy all of these up too!

I don't know what to tell you. I'm sorry if this has negatively impacted your day in any way.

I'm glad he finally got to speak his truth, even if it was in death. I hope his family members read that and do some serious self-reflection.

CT here....

Throw the book at them.

It's amazing how many times I see this same headline, year after year. It's always a dude, too.

With all the money spent on films, I'm amazed there isn't regulated "Hollywood" caliber firearms. Something incapable of chambering anything on the market, and only functions with the certified blanks.

Something akin to the way fake currency is controlled.

Louisiana is so lame.

The world wasn't interesting enough for me. It felt like the same 45 minute game loops over and over again.

You've got to drop a "/s" at the end. This is the internet, and there are a lot of opinions out there. Plenty of people would have asked your question in seriousness.

The Talos Principle.

I just stopped playing it one day and never touched it again. I didn't dislike anything about it.

Negative. You want humidity, otherwise the necks dry out and warp.

A lot of music stores have their acoustic guitars in closed rooms which basically act as giant humidors. Some players go as far as having a humidifier in each guitar case.

As long as the humidifier isn't spewing directly on a guitar, you want one in the room.

Strings will rust over time, but they'd do that just about anywhere where there is moisture in the air, humidifier or not.

I'd love to know the backstory here.

It's a Rivolta something or other

I don't think Chuck and I would agree on 90ish percent of things.

However, I also don't like people running for districts and cities/towns they don't live in.

Seeing as his supporters believe they're destined to spend eternity in flames, unless a man in a robe puts water on their heads, because a rib woman was once convinced by a talking snake to eat magical fruit, I'm thinking no.

It isn't, but it drives clicks.

My childhood friend had a farmhouse that had a back door facing west (I believe that was the direction), and when you opened the door and a specific set of windows, the whole house turned into a wind tunnel. It was pretty cool. I remember his dad saying they'd design the houses that way on purpose.

Ahhh, a composit photo makes sense.

I could also understand multiple cars for parts, but the identical color threw me. I've got a neighbor with a dozen miatas on his property at any given time. He races them and parts them out.

Sorry mate. I'm on the Voyager app and there was a huge delay in notifications.

This was basically three potato cannons mounted in an adjustable mortar formation. You could fire off three before having to reset.

This guy is an ass, but part of me does feel bad that he grew up in a world where he was conditioned to suppress what he's probably been feeling his entire life.

Turning him in would have meant harming the church, and we can't have that. It's a key component of the illusion.

Members of the general public don't have the mental capacity to handle such heroism.

But on pretzel day, well, I like pretzel day.

I dont know. I think there could be an inventory of replicas. You can get a 1911 in multiple calibers already, as you can many revolver frames. There's no reason they couldn't make custom ones.

He gets that all the time! He's just come to embrace it at this point.

The trick is to self-loathe, and then you're justified in spitting on everybody!!

Sadly, it does not.

Different watches for different occasions, just like ties, shoes, glasses, and every other piece of jewelry. One of those belonged to his grandfather, and another was a gift from his dad when he graduated college. I don't think any of his watches cost more than $500, which, in the watch collecting world, isn't a ton of money.

I feel like I need Facebook. I used to belong to dozens of forums between RC cars, aquarium stuff, and robotic stuff. All but one has shuttered, and Facebook Groups are my only option to connect with people for my hobbies, especially locals. Even state clubs used to have their own forums.

I'm curious about what ESC to run in my beetleweight. It's going to have 4, 22mm brushed motors and a 460oz servo. The plan is to run twin ESCs on a shared receiver, but different channels, obviously. Do I need a BEC for this application if I'm running a single 3S lipo?

What community here could help me answer that? I belong to about a half dozen groups on FB that'd have me pointed in the right direction within 30 minutes.

Forums were perfect for hobbies. Facebook is a lousy alternative. Lemmy isn't even in the running.

I'll always remember Cruz as that guy who fled his state during a crippling snow storm, and then tried to throw his family under the bus when he got called out in it.

Some $11 thing off amazon that's powered by a AA

I know two women who are single mothers by choice thanks to IVF. Certain religious groupsfrown upon that kind if thing.

"Tegridy Tears"

It was basically three spud guns mounted on an adjustable base. It's fun seeing how high they go.
