How can I pirate Adobe Lightroom, if it's impossible for me to own it by paying for it?
Honestly, I would pay some decent mulah for a standalone current version of Adobe Lightroom that doesn't try to suck me up into the cloud. It's silly event pirators and cracker teams can put a pretty fully featured yearly version, and Adobe does not.
The biggest issue for me is honestly the no life power mods, as you say. The stereotype of the pale, insulin insensitive, multiple mental health issue, living in their mom's basement, mountain dew enjoyer is there for a reason.

One thing that made me honestly irrationally angry or somewhat disgusted is people saying happy cake day, and flopping their stupid emoji in there. My Reddit account was like 13 years old, and I never felt like I was missing anything there.

Power over Ethernet adapters have some serious limitations. MoCa adaptors which use existing coaxial connections, even if you have cable internet, can provide greater speed and better latency than Poe. To be honest though, copper ethernet or fiber ethernet or generally the best way to go.
