those identified as leaders or significant participants in secessionist activities, and classify actions causing “significant harm to the state and its people” as offenses that may result in the death penalty.

I have this cherry for you to pick, if you want. Anyway, if your point is "independentism is not exclusively punished by death in China"... Yay? Best dictatorship ever.

Some coworkers play it and say there was a rework/update "recently".

They also say its much better now than on release.

There are at least 5 openly independentist parties, some of which held government, in Catalonia.

How many are there in China?

Save 56 billions and tell Musk to fuck off? What's the catch?

"America’s only Christian conservative wireless provider and our mission is to passionately defend our God-given Constitutional rights and freedoms while glorifying God."

How are they making this mission? Do they block sites? Or it's just a way to scam people with shitty services and high price? Both?

We have something similar here, they just scam but not block

It's a sacrifice I'm willing to make it that means musk is given a "fuck off" instead of 56 billions.

His other ventures will show he's not the Tony Stark level genius some thought years ago, so it's a temporary problem anyway.

  1. Search for ‘Chrome’ or ‘Microsoft Edge’
  2. Download your preferred web browser

I’m failing to understand what’s the need of searching for Chrome or Edge to install Firefox

Open carry for my, but not for thee.

This is like a few months ago, when a gun rights advocate realized that "every body having the right of having guns" also included LGTB and they all lost their shared braincell.

Should have been called The Legend of Link just to perpetuate the confusion

It's still DNS level only, right? That wouldn't stop YouTube ads, or remove annoyances.

At RPS we like Alices. When somebody comes along with the name "Alice" you don't just say "oh hi" like some insolent rube. You nod with solemn respect and you say, "Alice". An Alice is someone you should not take lightly, nor take for granted, nor leave unmonitored. For they will destroy worlds and build better ones while you are not looking. This is dangerous and exciting. Alices are a force to be reckoned with. To treat an Alice poorly is to invite shame, dishonour, and contempt. Here are some of the best Alices in video games!

But that's it, readers. That's literally ALL the Alices we can possibly think of. What about you? Can you think of any Alices who deserve to be celebrated?

Guys job will probably fall off a window after this, but God he probably felt awesome when publishing

Not only they are bad ideas, but the incentives are horrible.

I could see the point of prisons if there was "warranty". If a person guess back to jail, the first sentence was useless and the prison should be financially punished. You'll see then how quickly therapy and quality job trainings are implemented.

To be fair, for me the fact that they content is now spread across many subscription services is the problem more than Netflix's price or current quality.

Once I set are services, torrent and jellyfin for all of the others, I'm not making exceptions for Netflix

Facebook has and it's doing plenty bad. At this point, assuming this time they will be good is too much of wishful thinking.

Still I would let the instances decide. Seems a bit counter spirit to try to force them. Even as a user your can block them (there are two that a lot of users are blocking already...)

Well, they kind of gave it away with the name...

Devil's advocate: the login requires a server, so even old versions won't work unless they keep them online. And without support, they will be easy target for hackers.

I hate this, and honestly the best would have been to not change the logging at all. I bought a game that didn't need a MS account to play and this change doesn't bring any benefit.

"Seems safer than going in, I guess": Uvalde Police

The issue in this case is that if was planned with some time in advanced and notified the same day/day before.

If a coworker has any kind of emergency (family, health, mental) and takes the day off, I will sympathize, regardless of how that impacts me. If it's planned but not communicated not so much.

Of course, I live in a country with 22+ paid days off + "unlimited" sick days and I in my role we usually are flexible with the time off. With very different conditions that might be more understandable.

Somebody seems triggered.

There probably were a lot of discussions and negotiations, but a lot of the public only sees Netflix going back to Twitter. I'm sure Elmo fans will promote this as Netflix having to bow down

I love immich, but I'm going to settle for something that doesn't require to modify the compose every couple of months due to breaking changes. Trying to apply changes for two breaking updates in one go killed it for me.

I'll check this one for the time being

I'm not a native speaker, but the right meaning is the one that came to mind reading this title.

I think context makes it clear, and the most likely meaning. If it was Firefoxs CEO the one at fault, I would think it's a ver weird way of saying it.

But I also see people saying this is why Firefox is the worst and I'm not sure I got it right by accident, people have low reading comprehension or just a massive bias.

Plot twist: they are deported to Ukraine.

Also a bad take. Competition is good, and a proper competitor to steam would benefit us all, but users don't have to support them just on the basis of them being competitors.

I agree "EGS is bad because I want only steam" is silly, but if it's a worse experience for the individual user or if they perceive it's involved in non consumer friendly practices, it's perfectly normal they are not supported.

Sue me

The graffiti thing kills me. Washing it off is a waste, it will be vandalised again quickly. Think this way, repaint properly a wall takes time and money, to draw a cartoonishly large cock takes seconds and costs pennies. So many places chose to allow selected artists do some good stuff as it’s a better deterrent.
