Does that only happens to people with ADHD? Because the post is literally me and I've never asked to a doctor about this.
For the last 2 months I started to consider about going to a doctor because I cannot know if my inability to keep doing tasks or focus on them is because of the enviroment at my home is being harmful to my mind health or if I could have ADHD or similar. Maybe it's the moment to do it, but it doesn't feel confortable for me to ask a doctor.
For privacy reasons, not using Windows is best.

Maybe this will sound unrelated but have you seen a PC infected with tons of malware?
The web browsers tend to be the most affected apps by malware and if the user doesn't want to reinstall, forcing the web browser to change the default search engine helps a lot, because it is literally impossible to do that manually when the PC is full of shit.

My company moved from using Gmail to Outlook and I saw it as an opportunity to migrate to Thunderbird/K9-Mail. Best decision I made, it was a bit rough at the beggining because it needed some extension to Sync contacts but it works much faster than the shitty Outlook app/web.
