Was wondering around the quaint little town of Riva del garda where i came across this pretty street and waited for a coupe to pass by so as to capture this frame, please let me know what you think, thanks.

This is the entire building visible from this particular viewpoint and the shutter speed was around 1/250

Thanks very much… and yes indeed

Yes fixed the title :)

Thanks for your feedback, appreciate it. I wanted to have that washed out look so a bit overexposed and this was SOOC image . Have a good night sleep mate, take care.

Thanks, will do. Any idea why I can’t see your comment on my post? I am replying from the notification screen. When i try to click the same notification from memmy app - entire app crashes. Not expecting you to resolve anything i am just ranting. Also lemmy doesn’t show any of my posts i made - i just hope some comments are posted on my post and then i can see if there are any upvotes etc. thanks for reading.

True, it gives me immense pain to see Venice like this.

Glad you liked it, thanks.

Yes it’s stunning to say the least. Thanks for your time and response

Correct, November last year.

Absolutely. It’s a pleasure to be just there and soak in the atmosphere

I am with you on this :)

I see what you did there 😊

Thank you

There are city taxes but I don’t think those are collected keeping the flooding in mind

Ha ha true that

Thanks, appreciate it

Thank you, glad you liked it

Ok, thanks

Ha ha, hope you get to do that, and thanks

Thanks for your critique, appreciate it. Yes i totally overlooked the lady’s presence, and can’t un see now :) so this is a SOOC jpeg and i have not used any correction in the post whatsoever. Fuji has this something called film recipes which you can set it up in the camera and your jpegs will simulate the look of an yesteryear film. This one simulates a kodak portra 160 film or atleast tries to be one. I agree with you on the subject matter part though - what i wanted to showcase was the reflection of the yachts and how it fades or not visible as it goes further away. I guess it’s a bit subjective to extract emotion out of someone but i do agree that it’s not the strongest one, thank you for your time :)

Thank you, appreciate it.

Thanks, appreciate it

Thanks, appreciate it

Lol, thanks

This was taken during the sunset, i would say it’s an ok shutter speed for a 35mm focal length

And fixed the title, sorry for the confusion

Thanks very much

Thanks, appreciate it

Right, and it was jam packed even in early april

Nice :)

I quite like it tbh. It’s compact and when paired with a prime - the weight is almost unnoticeable. The only downside is - no weather resistant.

Thanks. By the time we went there were no boat service (mid nov). But the road leading to this village took our breath away. Absolutely stunning:)

Thank you

For me it was around 8 am, around November- so not much people anyway

Ha ha, true that.

Thank you

I agree, had to wait out a lot of crowd even though it was early morning
