It was on a wedding. I was talking to a dude who got seated at our table. Somehow he managed to change the subject to gender and such, him not understanding why we need these new pronouns and such. I could already tell, that this conversation was heading in a bad direction. Then he said something like "I don't care if people are gay, but at least some years ago, they would hide at home and be embarrassed about it!" That was the point when I turned around without another word and simply walked away. He didn't understand what he did wrong. But I didn't want to make a scene at the wedding. Also I am certain that it has no use discussing anything with people like that.

Funny. I never noticed the real G. The C was always close enough for me.
It really is a brilliant logo

It's a design choice! Engelbert & English probably thought real hard about this little "offset". To bring in more dynamic or something!

So, what was it?

But, instead of making legal immigration easy and productive, we pay companies like Frontex, who violate human rights, to keep everyone out. Human trafficking is only a business because we make it next to impossible for refugees to immigrate legally.

The big price tag is part of the ad! That's how you get mentioned and people speak about it.

Some idiots will also buy it, so there's that, too.

I actually don't care if a free to play game has cosmetics you can buy. They need to make some money some how. As long as you don't get a real advantage by paying money.

There is a german (left) proverb "Mach kaputt, was dich kaputt macht." Which translates to "Break what breaks you."

In the sense of destroy the systems which try to break you.

Isn't it proof enough? Using the Sudoku example: there are certainly different levels of difficulties, depending on how many numbers are set in the beginning and other parameters. Checking if the solved answer is correct, is always the same "difficulty" - thus there is no correlation between the difficulty of the puzzle at the beginning and checking the Correctness. Some people might not be able to solve it, but they certainly can check if the solution is right

Is the mobile revenue so big, because all the online casinos are labeled as "games"?

As a German, I can assure you, there are plenty of people with negative sentiments

This is the source by Yonatan Zunger that is referred to on the image. Long read for a simple statement.

I still have a similar shirt. Mine was white and the logo and font was glittering. Now you can hardly read it.

Actually, it makes them look dumb. But it seems to me, that the majority of the US American society simply believes whatever they want and fits their agenda

There was this dude who applied for art school. They rejected him, which basically led to WW2 later on.

It's simply a different system. The markets are adjusted to it. There is enough room and sometimes even tables for this purpose. The markets are simply using different mechanisms to speed up the process so that they can have more customers per minute. Aldi is a big player here. The cashiers are trained and drilled to be super fast. There are no baggers, but enough room to pack your stuff yourself later. Recently they added a new kind of "double line". Now there is enough space for two trolleys right behind the cashier. Each line has their own card reader. The cashier has minimum waiting time for the next customer. Also almost zero time for customer interaction or any talk. Probably effective, but it really feels rushed out.

I support the idea, but I'm really skeptical. I bought the fairphone 2 when it came out and it just couldn't keep up anymore after 2 years. My understanding was that there would be upgradable modules but the only thing I got was a little bit better camera and case.

It would be great if there wouldn't be the need for more and more models but simply better modules to upgrade with the time.

That's only their Facebook "friends"

I would argue that, even tho it's not how a human would respond, it's correct nevertheless. Because there could be news about him still. Maybe someone found out his grave is empty or he faked his death or there is a new song out from him, like with Linkin Park, where they released a "new" song with Chester singing.

I totally agree. Yet I know plenty of people who don't have a licence and don't miss it. they usually can ask a friend, if they need car transportation. But you are dependent on someone else. Some make use of others very frequently, in which case it would be nice to recompense a little, for fuel now and then. Because having a licence and a car is very expensive. Which on the other side is a plus point again for them selves. Because you live cheaper.

I'm actually trying to be very careful with my data, to the point where I get sidelooks from some people who don't care at all. Yet I try to still be able to use the services I want to. Like Google Maps. I know that I am selling my data to them. But the service helps me so much in my everyday life that I am willing to pay this price. But also I use AdBlock on all of my devices. So I really don't care too much about advertising. I'm more concerned about other consequences like, individual pricing, or change of government to a dictatorship which would prosecute me for my beliefs I posted online, or Netflix not fuing finishing the series because they already calculated that they wouldn't make as much fuing money as they would like to.

Thank you! I have never heard of it. That's crazy good deal! Almost too good to be true.

Just make sure to take breaks for fresh air and get some sunshine. The game is supposed to show how a psychosis feels like and apparently they did a good job.

Don't worry, I stole this picture from the internet.

Don't be so butthurt! It's not like I'm saying you should vote for him, in fact I would strongly advise against it. But I have no hope left for the USA with their jurisdiction and political system or their social cohesion. They shoveled their own grave. Their democratic system is flawed and corrupted to no end. I'm simply hopeless that he won't become president again. Be it now or the next time. It's always the worst time for him to be in power. The problem won't be solved until he won't be able to candidate again. And I don't believe there will be another solution but that he was president a second time or he dies.

Thank you! Can you please help me again? I can't seem to find my swipe Library. I found This online. But I don't know if this is the right one?

Where's my boi Dolan at? I always hated the Memes, but I still think he deserves to be on this page.

Awesome work nevertheless!

That's the way!

This is the way! Also what a lot of others already commented, that it's more smooth to use with one hand. For me it's also nice to use, when it comes to switching languages. English is my second language and with swipe it feels like the autocorrect works pretty good, because it is more forgiving if you don't know exactly how the word is actually written. A small idea about how the word is constructed is enough.

Thanks! This is really helpful
