And God forbid you look for anything involving troubleshooting your home network. Good luck sorting through pages and pages of the same copy and pasted article telling you how to restart your router.

It drives me crazy that LGBT people existing is considered some kind of "political agenda" by some people.
I have never interacted with one of those chat bots that didn't lead to me just speaking to a representative anyway. Why the extra steps.
Toads Turnpike, Wild Woods, and the FZero tracks should all be way higher!
Those Logitech controllers are actually pretty decent. I've had one for ages and it's still going strong.
What is it about Lego Island? It feels like there's always something new being discovered with that game.
I'm trying to find a new job asap! Last week was really the last straw. I was hired for a technical position but for the past two years I've done nothing but punishing manual labor almost entirely unrelated to my job. I don't mind working outside my job description but the reality is I've lost so much knowledge just from being out of practice. I hope it hasn't ruined my shot at the right job. Its technically possible for me to return to school full time but I'm not sure I could 1) make the sacrifices required and 2) actually succeed. I've failed twice already.
I know everyone working out in the field wishes they had a desk job and vice versa, but damn I'd love a cubicle.
Ogre Battle on the SNES is the original auto-battler. I would really recommend Ogre Battle 64 though, not only is it one of the very few RPGs on the system but it's got really unique gameplay. It's got its flaws but I'm such a sucker for the character designs and job/class system that it's still my favorite game to this day.
I know it has a long history of not being used literally, but I think literally should only be used to mean literally.
It's just a cool sounding thing from my favorite anime that doesn't scream "I'm a total weaboo," also one of my favorite songs from said anime. (Eureka 7, well the song is from the """"sequel"""" and is one of the few redeeming parts, but anyway...)
When is your top ten list of boomer shooter lists coming out?
I was always really underwhelmed by them, but that was probably because I had already played a Game Boy lol
I recently joined a Survival multiplayer server on Minecraft for the first time and I am having so much fun. The community around it is so positive I really look forward to hopping on every day haha
It sure is!
Sounds cool! Really like the idea of an aqueduct boat highway.
I've come close a few times. I'm so introverted usually my only friendships are held together through my significant other so if they drift away, so do I. I've tried reaching out in the past but it never amounts to anything.
Wow I'm so surprised someone beat me to MC Lars and Frontalot haha. Glad to see another Nerdcore enjoyer in the wild.
My girlfriend and I played through the quest line of where we started in Morrowind (I think?) and had a blast, but once we left we were totally lost! I was really engrossed with the story but all of a sudden we're just doing something completely different. I was quite disappointed and it left me wondering if we had done something wrong or out of order.
Yeah the irony is that the Fallout games have some of the best environmental storytelling in all of gaming but without storytelling storytelling it's just like white noise lol
I hope that unlike Fallout 4, Starfield has more encounters you can talk your way out of. It drove me crazy all the named Raiders with cool back stories that you only found out about through terminal entries and handwritten notes. Don't get me wrong, I do want that sort of storytelling too, but it does sort of lend weight to the criticism that it's too gun focused, and I am definitely timid about Starfield ending up the same way.
Came here to say StumbleUpon too. I had "cats" as one of my tags and my parents thought I must really want one because they always walked by when I happened to be on a cat page. So that's how I ended up with a cat for my birthday. Don't get pets as gifts, people.
A phoenix would have very different implications.
I went into Undertale completely blind and played a couple of hours before I realized you could get through every encounter without killing anything. I kind of gave up after that because I felt so bad.
Interesting you bring up Subnautica, because I remember thinking when I played it "Wow, this game sounds a lot like Half Life!" And wouldn't you know it, the devs started out as Half Life modders. It goes without saying that the sound design in Half Life is impeccable, and truly iconic. Clearly they learned something!
Definitely seconding this suggestion.
It's so irritating that S/V could have been the definitive Pokemon experience but it ended up being what it was. I guess I can't really blame them for not putting the effort. I mean why should they when everyone bought it anyway (I did too, I'm part of the problem)
I guess for me there was so much fun to be had grinding out an optimized team by breeding and training them up, and the new games sort of trivialized all of that. Totally understand why, but it took a lot out of it for me.
The open world in them is nice initially, but imo they failed to make exploration rewarding enough, so really it's like... What's the point.
I still like catching 'em all but it even seems like they've de-emphasized that.
Sorry to rant just an old Pokemon fan who can't really move on.
Well that's as good a reason as any I'd say, lol.
I bought an insulated tumbler and now I drink too much water. I put ice in in the morning and it stays cold all day and I keep it by my bed for those 2am thirsty wake ups and it just hits the spot. Whenever I travel without it I just feel parched all day lol.
Soaps! I guess some men like to smell like timber and rocks or whatever but I'll take a fruity scent all day every day.
Wow TIL! Will save a lot of copying and pasting in the future lol.
Don't forget the amazing music! Man I need to play through it again.
I love me an underrated Bug superstar. In Black I used a Leavanny as mine and it cleaned house. When I played Omega Ruby my Masquerain carried my team and took me totally by surprise.
I bought it on launch and I really don't remember having any issues. I'm always surprised it has such a bad rep.
Anybody else remember Global Gladiators on the Sega Genesis? It was a McDonalds tie in but actually pretty fun!
The fact that botw and Mario Odyssey came out in the same year is wild. What a great year. Plus Nier on top of that? Damn.
Still having this issue. Very frustrating!
Pokemon Arceus but the battles are Pokken 🤔
Totally stoked for this! I've been craving a good mech game for so long. Pity the Gundam franchise can't get a decent game.
If anyone out there has never played Minecraft with a group you have got to give it a shot. Exploring and building together is really so much fun, it can't be understated!
Usually I get a few friends to play on a realm or something but they always lose interest after a couple weeks. I just joined a more regular playgroup with a well maintained server, though, and it's some of the most fun I've ever had in Minecraft.
I can third it. It totally feels like you're playing an RTS but without having to study build orders and practice your micro.
15 hours? Try two hours the night before it's due. One year I recycled my older brother's project (my parents encouraged this behavior.)
I did not succeed in college.
