Special exceptions are hard to deal with when you're mass producing. That's why a fair amount of the rulings made by the European Union also end up applying to North America when it comes to international businesses.

It basically means someone like Apple has to decide between not selling in Oregon at all, making special phones for Oregon, or making all of their phones not have paired parts. It's a pretty big thorn in their side, and it would only take a few more states to join in before they really have to start committing to a solution.

Ooh that would be a bastard approach to it wouldn't it? You've nearly convinced me that's totally what's gonna happen now.

The Murder of Roger Ackroyd. I was going to complain about having to only choose one book before realizing that it pretty much always came back to that. The honorable mentions are all stuff that comes with a message like The Giver or The Samurai's Garden, which I do recommend. But I'm a sucker for a good mystery and TMORA was a good exercise in thinking outside of the box.

I mean I can't recall ever hearing any negative feedback about the Dragon Engine. I think most people are satisfied with the quality of the 7 or so games they've put out using it.

Apparently people said the fighting felt bad during it's premiere, but I reckon that's probably improved given how popular the Judgement games are.
