My husbands affair! Hahaha…ahhh…

Yes, this is true.

Not really, to be honest. Unless it’s an event or venue where there is that expectation. Most of us just want to go about our business in general. I would say the first reason is just wanting to be left alone to do what we planned to do at any given time. Secondly, people don’t always take no for an answer. At best, it’s just another bother. At worst, it can be potentially scary. Hope this helps.

Yes I like this! When people (even random strangers) compliment an external thing and it reflects something like a mutual interest that can be pretty cool. Especially if it’s a fellow metalhead.

You can’t wear tampons very long so just a pad if it’s about that time or feels that way. Typically I know to do so when I’m turning into a honey badger emotionally.

Reddit used to be really cool for actual niche advice without getting slapped with advertising. I tried to buy a certain kind of laptop, all the results were ads that contained those words, not what I was looking for. Heaven forbid I want pants that fit a certain body type or anything specific. Sometimes there are still older posts but…eh.

Nice! Very cute.

Yeah I don’t know what to do with this. I’m about to start to start wfh and handle a lot of data that cannot be shared and comes with big fines for mishandling. I have to have office, mainly excel. Is Apple my only option? I know Linux exists, but I’m not a power user, I struggle with my printer.

Behavioral healthcare

Yep. Just having to wait for the right time to do all the things is probably the worst part.

On a personal level, a small house for my kids to live in before I die somewhere quiet. On a global level? Less privileged people would stop being taken advantage of by nefarious sources and systems designed to crush them.

I like Lemmy more. I visit 4 subs on Reddit, not daily. I think it doesn’t have to be an either/or necessarily. I refuse to use their app. Rip baconreader.

I am going wfh and I have to use their one drive to access client data. They will provide a computer, but versus my home setup it’s simply not worth it. I saw the idea about virtual windows and Linux machine. I’ve never done it but I imagine I can with some trial and error. But I’m wondering if even that is safe.

Cool, didn’t know that about those. I haven’t tried them.

Basically, they provide a decent Chromebook. It’s nearly impossible given the actual tasks. So I need to find a better way.

I prefer my electric meatball to be fully organic.

Desktop. However I’m looking at gaming laptops just to have a sturdy, powerful laptop for work. And I hate touch screens.

Not that great. If I could afford to be single, I would be.
