most people dont care, they just want to click on their memes

while I agree... i dont see what this has to do with programming

the only winning factor is if he comes out on top with a lot of money and unless reddit completely dies, he will. hell even if it completely dies he may still after inevitably selling the name/site/assets.

magic is just physics we dont understand yet.. think this could still work

other linux phones are not really viable. I dont like supporting apple and even if I didnt care about that, their iOS is far too restrictive.

I want a sub thats never really existed in any substantial form. There really dont seem to be any solid communities for cartoons that has any decent foot traffic. I still have /co/ bookmarked cuz its the only place on the internet i've seen that will discuss just about any kinda cartoons that are not anime.. Granted that site is full of a bunch of awful people so I dont really engage, but its nice to see an active place where people care about non-anime animated content and I always wanted a sub for it. I actually tried to make one my self but there obviously wasnt enough intrest in it, not really sure how one would grow a sub and didnt really want to put in the work in my self anyway

I was thinking of picking up FF 7 remake cuz.. idk, big sword look cool? also soul caliber 6 cuz its $8

uh, yeah probably just those I think. still dont know if I will commit to it cuz i already have such a back log.

I just dont get the point of putting your body down there. if most of what you're seeing is through the digital displays anyway, why not just send a drone and watch remotely? seems like an awful massive risk and expense to try and actually dive down there for nothing more than looking out a window

I suppose, to be fair, I've not actually looked into any in a while, but its mostly the support, thats what I'll follow for my daily driver. I cant imagine my bank apps will work with a linux phone, tachiyomi doesnt have a linux app. does the linux phones support nfc pay options? I'd be surprised if they did..

its just normal daily stuff that I want to make sure just works cuz its what every one is using. for my desktop/laptop I'll use linux all the way cuz they dont have to interact with what every one else is using.

no and no. The tap where I live taste nasy, i think its safe to drink but its not very good so I dont use it.

Rear power and volume buttons.

To this day my favorite phone remains the LG v10. It has nice metal rails on the side, a rubber removable back, sd card slot, aux port with a high end dac, wide(er) screen, and buttons on the back of the phones right where your indexed finger would rest when holding it.

Figure print sensor on the button didn't work all that well, but worked better than this shit on screen reader. The buttons being on the back meant your could just grab the phone in anyway with out worrying if you're gonna Power the phone off, turn the vol down, take a screenshot, etc. This also meant getting it knot phone holders was almost never an issue.

That was the closest an android phone got to perfection. After that they started trying to follow tends and phase out the good parts to the point of leaving the Android market entirely.

Yeah man, all of the above.

nice. I've personally been more of a Boost user my self so was a bit disappointed to hear the dev was not planning to port or support lemmy which I understand. so far jerboa has been decent but I'll keep an eye out for others.

If you want to daily drive linux, I recommend just installing only linux and commit to it for a bit. If you dual boot you may just find that you end up booting into windows and dont go back.

also recommend considering a rolling release distro. idk about Ai stuff but for games, a rolling release is almost always better.

Legend of Heroes Trail in the Sky SC

its been a nice little game so far. its a pretty simple jrpg with a focus on story and characters. its fantasy of sorts but isnt quite so goofy or convoluted as square enix games like to be. I've been good so far

I have the vo patch. Didn't know there was any spite upgrades. I'll probably just keep it as is though, I have no complaints on how it looks

I had to reset the whole app

yeah, does seem a bit excessive. unless the goal was to retrieve like a black box for info, there is an entire ship down there, hardly seems like leaving one small tube makes a difference
