I'm guessing the original post was prime numbers and this was just slapped together.
I for one am shocked that this game was a disaster of a production. I don't think anyone could have seen this coming to light.
It's a little repetitive with the time and battery on the top banner, but I don't like having that hidden.
Didn't the Wii-U mostly fail because most people didn't know what it was? The marketing and name were terrible and plenty of people thought it was just a Wii add-on or something.
The console itself was actually pretty cool, playing Wind Waker on it was great.
Sure, but they're the generic shooter. And it had a big resurgence during COVID with everyone and their mothers playing Warzone. I hadn't touched CoD since MW3 in like 2012 and I put so many hours into the 2019 Modern Warfare game with Warzone.
$1500 gets you a pretty kickass gaming PC, even if it's not absolute top of the line.
In mountain biking, $1500 gets you a solid hard tail or an entry-level full suspension from a direct-to-consumer brand like Polygon if you're buying new.
Huh, there was a thread for this earlier over on c/asklemmy
Anyway here's mine. I keep the top bar on because I like seeing my notifications.
Nova Launcher, Crayon icon pack, Comic KWGT widgets
Edit: And here's my old one on this phone, I found a screenshot of it.
I once signed up for something that required separate home and cell phone numbers. Some shipping service or something. And it wouldn't let me put the same number for both. Like come on, nobody is paying for landlines nowadays. I ended up putting my parents' phone number for the home phone (which they coincidentally just got rid of this week.)
I can't speak to the quality of the keyboard, but 8BitDo is a reputable brand. They make good controllers, I have a couple.
The only downside to using Firefox on Android is that Google search results can take forever to load unless you clear site cookies. And Google Image search is awful.
However that's all fixed if you use Duck Duck Go instead.

Does the Tin Man have a sheet metal cock?
Wear OS 4 also introduces the ability to transfer your Pixel Watch data to a new phone without a factory reset as well as a way to back up your data and settings from your Pixel Watch when you’re ready to upgrade to a new one.
Well that would have been really nice to have when I got a new phone last month. It was a huge pain to factory reset it and then set it all up again.
Just FYI, factoid has been misused for long enough that it now has an official second, contradictory definition:
A briefly stated and usually trivial fact.
I agree that the battery life isn't great, but that's the only issue I have with it.
It won't notify you when it's getting close to dying (Why would you need that on a watch last lasts a day and a half?)
Mine vibrates and gives a notification when the battery hits 15% or something. Might be 10%. I largely get by with just charging it when I get ready in the morning. And the battery life has also gotten way better since release, some of the updates made a big difference. It's gone from maybe getting a full workday to easily getting a day and a half now if I put it in night mode overnight.
The GPD Win isn't really the same as these though. It's trying to provide the most gaming performance possible in a tiny package. It's a premium device, rather than a tiny, budget oriented laptop.
Right, but that's top of the line stuff. You can easily build a PC with a 70 tier GPU for less than $1500 and you'll still have a kickass gaming PC.
The XX70 tier equivalent mountain bikes cost like $3000-$3500. I'm thinking along the lines of a Trek Remedy 7 (which is what I have), a base Santa Cruz Bronson, or a base Specialized Stumpjumper. There are plenty more but those are just 3 from some big brands.
I'm going back and forth between it and Connect. Connect looks prettier imo, but Liftoff feels slightly more functional.
Custom Robo on the GameCube. It's an arena combat game with little digital robots that you fit different parts to. The story and characters were super cheesy, but it was such a great game.
We definitely need a new one on the switch. With all the characters in the latest Smash Bros I was hoping we'd get a Ray model, but nope, just a trophy.
Are you interested in books that are based on game series rather than being strictly about gaming? If so you should absolutely read the Halo books, they're fantastic. Start with The Fall of Reach.
Another game series with a great set of books is Battletech/MechWarrior. The lore behind Battletech is crazy deep, I've watched so many YouTube videos about it and have only scratched the surface. I've only read one of the books but I want to get more of them.
Yeah that's a pretty huge statement. I can't wait to see if it holds true for me and other FromSoft fans.
I wasn't too excited about this game until seeing this video. Now I'm pretty into it, the gameplay looks really entertaining. I'm also a sucker for customizable mechs.
Vaporwave Dark is broken for me. Post titles are the same color as the background, so I can't read them unless I highlight them. Bummer because I'd like to use this theme.
Probably should have just done that in the first place lol
It's called Crayon.

Iirc the widgets are from KWGT or Comic KWGT.
That was it! Thanks a bunch.
Very fun write-up! I love seeing comparisons between ports of older games. There was so much variation back then.
Looks kind of like a mix of Dead Space and Death Stranding. I'm interested.
I played that one too! Great DS game but the GC game is the one that I reminisce about.
Spectrum? I've got the same plan. Sucks because I have trouble streaming my Plex server outside of my apartment. And when I work from home uploads take forever.
Luckily Starfield is on Gamepass, so I don't have to spend another $60 so soon after Armored Core.
Early word from reviewers and people that participated in some of the early access events is that the game is crazy well optimized. I think it was Fighting Cowboy who said all of his gameplay on PC was at 4k 120fps. He also said it runs at around 50fps with high settings on the Steamdeck.
Just tried it, no dice. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Got mine right after it released and I get the notification. As far as I remember I've always gotten it. But it doesn't appear on your phone, just on the watch.
Is this a reputable brand? Never heard of them before. I'm thinking about replacing my 10" Kindle Fire because it lags a bit and struggles with the Crunchyroll app. I mostly use it for reading manga, and it's great for that, but I'd like to be able to watch shows without any hiccups too. Wonder if the 11" of these would be a good replacement.
Thanks! That's what I was going for.
I'm so hyped for this. 3pm on Thursday can't come soon enough.
Most Harvard students are still just 18-22 year old "kids". Think of how dumb/naive you were at that age.
