Also keep in mind that keeping your house below 15C can cause damp issues.

Boost! As an avid Boost for Reddit user, this feels like coming home.

Tipping culture is getting out of hand.

I find that repeating someones name after they introduce themselves greatly helps with remembering it.

MacOS

The instance you're registered to, so lemmy.world in your case.

Liftoff. I also tried Jerboa and Connect, but Liftoff just has the best look and feel. Having said that, as an old Boost for Reddit user I'll be switching to Boost for Lemmy as soon as it releases.

I'm so excited for this!

I couldn't imagine not using a password manager anymore, so I'd certainly recommend it. At work we use 1Password, and I use NordPass privately. Both are great IMO.

No, but there are plenty of Android apps available. Personally, I'd recommend Liftoff (and Boost when it's released).

I feel the same way. I've been on Lemmy since the Reddit blackout, but went back to Reddit when it ended and barely used Lemmy since. I mean, I dislike spez as much as anyone, but that doesn't mean I suddenly hate the entire Reddit community. I don't know what I'll do once I'm finally forced to use the official app, but for now I'm still happily using Boost as a mod.

Speaking for The Netherlands here, but I believe our situation is very similar to the UK in this regard. A lot of houses are equipped with a gas-powered tankless heater which supplies both central heating and hot water. These come in various sizes and output capacities, so you can install one which comfortably suits your needs. Using hot water for multiple things at once shouldn't be an issue if you have the right heater installed.

Rivella Pineapple as well, great stuff!

Not even certain kinds of bells?

They could have at least given you left beef.

That's why modern gas stoves have safety valves. There's a temp sensor near the burner which automatically shuts the gas off if the burner isn't lit.

You can still use TPAs (Boost at least) if you're a mod. Just create a subreddit, set it to private and NSFW if you want and enjoy your fully functional TPA.

I went with Liftoff in the meantime.

NotJustBikes has a relevant video about these kinds of bike features.

I got my first phone in 2002. It was a Nokia 3510.

I got my first computer, or rather our first family computer, in the same year. All I remember specs-wise is that it was your typical beige Pentium 4 machine, 40GB HDD, massive 19" CRT monitor, running Windows XP.

An LG KF600. It was pretty mediocre.
