There is an episode of The Dollup podcast about ninjas in 1800s (I think) Japan and in one part they talk about how the ninja would often have to wait around all day or more hiding to assassinate someone. They way they could tell how long they'd been waiting was by the change of the "dominant" nostril.

Apparently even when not stuffed up the air passes thru one nostril more easy than the other when you breathe. It switches about every 40 minutes.

Fuck you, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. You pompous, self-rightous piece of shit.

I'm really interested to see how this plays out. If history plays out that country is headed almost immediately for a recession that may or not be purposefully engineered.

Checking my mirrors, checking tire pressure, waiting for the on-screen button to become responsive so I can ok the dumb EULA on screen so I can use the infotainment unit, reconnecting bluetooth a few times because the phone and infotainment unit randomly choose to connect.

I did not know that. Very cool piece of info to learn. Thanks!

So bring electric into a circuit panel that powers nothing but a house plug and pay a tiny amt for the electricity used. Get your solar and batteries connected to a separate panel that powers everything else.

Prisoners are used to trade for "other stuff" as well, you know. Prisoners of War aren't only soldiers, and they're even held after a war ends to be used as trade.

Ugh. Farmers are not stupid people in the least but I'll be damned if even up to less than a century ago they are not always the ones thru history to be hoodwinked by the wealthy into some sort of rich man's scheme.
