Parents jobs. And TONS of ways to do it without punishing everyone and collecting PII.

Not the states problem. Also, much bigger issues than naked ladies on computer.

Lolwut? So if my parents didn't do something for me, the state needs to pick us the slack? No. It's porn man, not jihad.

What are you talking about they have hand scanners. You don't even have to take things off the cart you just grab the scanner and walk around your shopping cart

The thing that gets me is they think no one will ever find this stuff. There are hundreds of thousands of people (maybe more) who are actively looking ways to block ads and get around this behavior. There's no way it'll ever go unnoticed.

Deluxe suicide booth

Gross, Shapiro is in it. Just go watch ladybugs, at least it had the kid from Seaquest.

Hdd wont be obsolete for awhile. They're the best media to store large libraries cost effectively. Until there are 10+TB SSDS with reasonable prices, many people with home storage systems won't upgrade. Not shelling out $10k for SSDS, sorry.

Escalator. An elevator becomes a room when broken.

It's a gimmick and is scary as fuck. Look at open cameras like http://www.insecam.org/en/byrating/ and imagine people using the bare minimum setup on their devices out of ignorance and getting wrecked by scammers and creeps.

Even Amazon employees were busted looking into ring camera users personal cameras, searching for cameras called "bedroom", "bathroom", etc.

Most routers have parental controls. Web sites have categories, and you can explicitly block those categories. You can use 3rd party dns tools like nextdns for granular control. Lots of parental software you can install that can limit PC time use, sites, tracking, etc. you can blacklist sites too. Lots of control and access levels so you don't block yourself too.

Where'd you go?

And that's ok. Sounds like they spend it on the same things people with jobs/income do.

Yup. I comment and call their cringiness out, especially if it's an older person who shouldn't be acting 8 while providing any kind of educational material (last one was fixing something on a car engine).

The alternative is cracked cs6

Then you sure are a bad member of society. Did you read the post?

Sometimes I feel bad for using vpns and stremio and keeping hundreds of my favorite movies and shows on Plex then this happens and I'm happy I'm prepared for enshittification. I don't lose sleep over piracy one bit. I've written guides and shared libraries with family also. Fuck corporations that can just retract contracts when they feel and take back what you already paid for. No thanks.

Nope. Ive been burned on several games (back 4 blood anyone?) And tired of losing. Maybe the game isn't for me, maybe it won't run on my system. I have several games I bought after trying them from torrents: rimworld, farcey series, fallout 4 (love/own 3 and NV, needed to test 4). Several games that I really like I've bought a second copy for a shared account so my kid can play them also.

Nothing wrong with trying before you buy in my opinion. My library is full of games I r never installed. :(

Then your time management sucks.

Shit in it?

Aren't those from the uploader, not Spotify? I know darknet diaries does sponsors.

I do the same! One goatse reply and they'll leave you alone usually

Irony

true detective. 1 is up there with goat, 2-3 is meh, 4 is tops again.

Yours doesn't sing the song of it's people?

And if they make a mistake, "my bad". You make a mistake and it's $100 in fees.

You can use multiple work accounts in the app, have some clients that have their clients give them accounts to communicate internally with them. Just have to keep switching.

Ooh, I usually say luck and timing is what the rich had, but I like "being born with good options" too. Makes more sense since even with luck and timing, still need the means.

I use OnTheSpot downloader to grab albums from spotify at 320kbps - https://github.com/casualsnek/onthespot

Use Soulseek (nicotine+) to grab more obscure stuff. Can get everything on there, just sometimes slower and not as reliable as a torrent.

I use these sites for movies, in order of convenience:

https://ytssss.jamsbase.com/ (basically just YTS)

https://www.magnetdl.com/ (search sucks, but if you get used to it, it has huge libraries of TV series)

https://en.torrentgalaxy-official.site/

https://rargb.to/

https://1337x.to/home/

https://psa.wf/ (PSA RIPS)

I don't really download apps anymore, so malware really isn't an issue, but make sure you're using UBlockOrigin plugin and a VPN like TorGuard

Doesn't mean you don't support free speech. When I join a chatroom and someone is just typing shit over and over trying to get a rise and I ignore/block them, I don't agree that I'm against free speech, I'm against harassment.

Convenience, the whole reason piracy took a backseat for a few years. Inconvenient? Hit the seas.

Yup. Upgraded my Plex drives, 15tb of music and movies.

Rip that shit out.

WTF are you on about?

You're not wrong, just ranting in the wrong place.

🎶 Daddy would you like some sausage. 🎵

Don't need a nas enclosure. Get old PC, load with drives, install truenas on a bootable USB. Once in, install Plex plugin, setup shares, and boom, it's done. I've had the same setup for almost 15 years back when it was freenas, now running a 10 year old i7 with 4 8TB drives RAID 0 and mirrored. Performance is top, I share over 1500 movies and 50 series to friends and family, it has my photo backups, software storage, personal files. Can use other plugin, all web accessible (computer is in network closet, only has power and Ethernet connected).

I'd get a case with as many drive slots as possible in my next upgrade, but this is solid af and it's all mine.

For streaming only, Nvidia shield pro with VPN app and stremio with torrentio settings. Nothing I cant stream if it's a one off watch.

Don't have to spend a fortune for a nice Plex server, drives will be the most expensive, but can be expanded when needed, can start with a 1-4TB drive and grow as needed and add RAID 1 later for redundancy. Can use SSD too.
