I'm all Kylo Ren on this blessed day

Bravo

Is pepsi okay?

Someone doesn't get the differences between contractor and salaried.

Dear Greeks out there, Germany has a shortage of 700.000 skilled workers and every town has a Greek restaurant.

Ra works in mysterious ways.

That is one sketchy ranking if I ever saw one.

We cannot have two standards, that's ridiculous! We need to develop one universal standard that covers everyone's use cases.

Well, you might have a point. I'm a millenial and I didn't buy a single Boeing last month. Damn you, cancel culture!

I was one of those. In my defense, 2012-2015(ish) he really was doing cool things. Tesla and Space X were super innovative and brought optimism. Then a time traveler stepped on a bug, the whole Thailand pedophile fiasco happened and it went downhill from there. Now we have yokes, dumb turn signals and the whole cybertruck, not to mention removing ultrasound sensors to save a few cents and the whole Twitter debacle. At least space X is still somehow unfucked?

In case it helps... I'm sorry.

I bet that car thieves also wear shoes, do something about it!

Funeral homes don't want you to know this one weird trick!

Hard to find exactly why, but there is this fragment:

Vaccine-makers have also since introduced newer versions that are adapted to the latest coronavirus variants, making older jabs obsolete and more likely to be discarded.

PSA: it's not over yet, they have until 25th of March. Don't discard a boatload of rubles showing up on March 24th.

That's too bad. It was so entertaining seeing people rage at her staying.

Farewell, birdbrain!

This incident will be reported.

My 8TB Seagate failed a week ago and I was looking into new drives. The cheapest HDD was around 25 EUR per TB (for the 18TB ones) and the cheapest SSD were under 50 EUR per TB. No idea where this "7 times cheaper" comes, maybe from 2015.

I ended up buying a 4TB Crucial MX500 with 4TB for 208 EUR (barely enough for my data, but with some cleanup it will hold a year for sure).

Not only it's faster, it's smaller (fits in the NUC), it's quieter and it consumes much less electricity. I don't think I will ever buy an HDD ever again. Maybe for surveillance recording?

Is that an exhaustive list? So open defecation, smoking, and stepping on flowers no, but urination, doing lines and kicking ducks yes?

We should then fork the project, and maybe create a struggling database company around it!

In the next 12 hours Russia will deny it

In the next 36 hours Russia will admit superficial damage

In the next week Ukraine will release footage of drones attacking a smoldering wreck of a ship

In the next two weeks Russia will yell "squirrel" and point in a random direction. Optionally shooting some rockets at civilians to change the conversation topic.

I'm sure the front page of fox News is thanking Biden for that

Is that really representation? You might as well be watching a live stream at that point.

It was used in hundreds of experiments, two of which killed the respective operator and injured others.

I've seen a lot of recommendations for Brother, I want to add one for Ricoh.

I bought a B/W laser printer from Ricoh (213w IIRC) a decade ago for under 40 bucks and a new generic, no-name Amazon toner refill for 25 like 5 years ago. Printed thousands of pages, just sitting in a corner under the stairs.

Bonus: it uses Wi-Fi (so anyone in the house can print) and is compatible with generic PCL drivers in Linux.

The lack of accountability of the police in the US is astounding. People talk about swatting like and avalanche or something. Yeah, it's just going to kill you, nothing you can do about it.

Very important detail, the headline is then straight up false.

Did they kill innocent civilians?

Actually they got ahead this time:

Reuters was able to verify the ship in the video as the Russian Black Sea Fleet's Tsezar Kunikov based on its main mast, antenna, bridge and deck. The location and date the footage was filmed could not be independently verified.

Nice!
