Why do these old people constantly feel the need to work? I'm trying to retire the moment I can and enjoy the rest of my life.

Unless the profession is porn lol

It's one part reclaiming and one part stirring up controversy. Normalizing the idea that demonic Satan doesn't exist and it's our own faults and sins to blame while also getting free publicity whenever the Christians get mad and talk about Satanism on the news.

I actually think the opposite. Millennials grew up during the boom of technology and many had to rapidly adjust to all of that in a short amount of time. That's why so many are so good at it. Gen Z on the other hand has trouble managing folders and files. This is largely due to tech getting easier... too easy almost. The direction of tech right now is AR/VR and my grandma was able to quickly grasp it because the controls are so natural.

I don't think that millennials will be behind in the tech field, but trends? Yes.

Samsung and Google were literally ahead with a Bixby button and the Edge Squeeze. Too bad they didn't make it more functional than just an assistant macro. I had a rooted 2 XL and I still miss squeeze for flashlight.

Yea this article is painting that the people are the problem here. Sacrifice the super rich CEOs instead.

You can still have AI write the paper and you copy it from text to paper. If anything, this will make AI harder to detect because it's now AI + human error during the transferring process rather than straight copying and pasting for students.

Xenoblade 3 is a Nintendo exclusive. Baldur's Gate is unique to me because a game like this hasn't clicked with me since Dragon Age Origins.

It's not just reddit. They're AI assisted buttons with more tabs for commons searches. Many people add "reddit" after a search to find answers specifically on reddit. It's also catered differently per user so you might see TikTok or Quora as other buttons up top as well.

Google search results will also slightly vary among users.

Well to be fair, he's been building and updating the app for 10 years now and just porting it over to Lemmy recently if you want to look at it that way. It's not an entirely new app out of the blue.

Join and be more active in communities. Could be certain video games or hobbies but you can easily make some friends by just interacting with the communities of the things you already like.

You're missing the actual biggest key component. It's also a built in community forum with tons of user-requested settings. They mostly know how to cater and rarely backtrack a quality of life feature.

It looks like a very old version of Android. Sync is much better in terms of adopting the new Material You design philosophy.

Ray tracing was the hot new buzzword after CP2077 showed off what consoles couldn't at the time.

Unfortunately the tech didn't even mature on PC yet, at least not without upscaling and now frame gen to help get it to more pleasing framerates.

I believe Apple just never made the 9 because that would have confused people. The 8 and the X dropped the same year due to the 10 year anniversary of iPhones so it was a special case.

Chronologically, they'd have to go back to the 9 and then the next phone would be the 11 because the X already exists, so going straight to 11 makes sense to not confuse the masses for me.

As much as I love Linux, I can't really suggest it to casual users because I would end up being tech support for every issue. I'd suggest it to slightly more advanced users who know the basics of troubleshooting.

Man, India used to be a place of beauty and spirituality. Nowadays it feels like a stain on the human population. Don't get me wrong, I still really love the culture and the food, but there's a lot of societal problems that don't get addressed because of poorer government management.

Edit: lmao I tried giving India the benefit of the doubt

Then we teach them?? They're not gonna know if we don't be good role models for them, but doesn't mean they can't learn.

Bruh you think adults just fuck all the time? They got jobs and kids and other responsibilities that tire them out by the end of the day. Sometimes there's just silence and a big sigh of relief at the end of the day. Sex requires effort and time and that's just not always available 24/7 anymore.

I'd like to imagine he can and there's a bunch of maid outfits gunners on the battlefield.

I want whatever Ubisoft is smoking. First they're telling people that we don't truly own their games and now they're making AAAA games? I wish I had that confidence in myself.

16GB is the new 8GB of 2014. Even so, we're starting to see top triple A games use upwards of 20GB.

However, the deal was rejected by a US judge in January who described it as "an unfathomable sum".
