When I feel like making things, I make things
They/them
tallarico’s really outdone himself this time
Why is there a New Text Document under the N? Did someone use this meme as a desktop image? And then took a screenshot? Why?
I love modding Minecraft. I love reading the code and inserting my bad ideas inside. (Releases the mod and gets asked for a Forge port within 20 minutes)
Science is lying to you. Here's how humanity was actually created:
In first-person games, I always rebind the jump to one of the back buttons. Coming from kbm, it weels weird that looking around and jumping at the same time is not possible.
"Gandpa! What are those mushrooms you've brought from the forest?"
native support for custom Search engines
Can you explain what do you mean by this? I'm already using Firefox address bar to search game wikis directly
Not if you're playing in multiplayer
Don't use PolyMC. Prism Launcher is a fork without the crazy lead dev that kicks developers for being queer, and is a better launcher anyway.
Normalise giving credit to the artist
It's a joke from a Dunkey's video. There is no relation whatsoever.

One of the things I miss about old r/196 is a better efford to provide source for art. People here don't care as much, unfortunately.
Didn't they try to do this, like, twice already? First with island expeditions, and then Torghast, both of which were very much just chores. Third time's the charm I guess, but I do not have high hopes.
I could not finish Omori because I just don't get the rurn-based combat, it feels boring to me and I can't bring myself to even open the game because of it. On the other hand, I got to the latter half of the story already, it's intriguing and I want to complete it so badly :c
Been following this for a while now. Way before the first anouncement, even - I think devs shared some in-progress gifs on Reddit way back in the day.
If you're interested, you can try the [white label] version on Steam - It's a great demo of what the rhythm part of the game would look like, and the songs are fantastic too.
More specifically, that's how hand-written "г" looks usually
who seems to know all languages
I wish, lol. Russian is just my native language, and I know a tiiiny bit of german because of some relatives.
Don't read too much into it, I was just making fun of the post's title
The plagiarism part is about creature designes. They are very simillar to Pokemon at times, down to proportions being nearly identical:

Why does this has to mean anything legally? I see an obvously traced asset, and what I get from that is that there was not a drop of passion put into the designs. It just adds to the feeling of this game being uninspired as fuck.
I literally just bought the purple ones how the fuck did you know?? ?
MineCraft Championship, a monthly event where a bunch of creators are competing in various minigames. Good fun.
Etho is a great YouTuber, mostly famous among older MC fans. He has, I believe, the longest Minecraft letsplay (581 episodes and still going).
Yttr is a very cool looking mod! I want to play with it sometime, but it never fits into my modpacks thematically.
I also felt this way, until I read that the system is completely opt-in. Logistics of quality seem kinda interesting, so I'll probably try to dip into it. And if I won't like it, ignoring the quality upgrade is easy and (allegedly) won't hurt the progression.

This dog does 0 damage per second
Or a mouse <- this user is a big Teawie enjoyer
I should warn you, avoid this link at all costs:

Obsidian, it's a really good Markdown editor
Funny thing to encounter on a Minecraft forum.
Even funnier, here's a blog post from a Minecraft modder that does a simillar thing - encoding images in various audio codecs (Scroll to the "Finally, the demo" to skip the tech talk):
https://unascribed.com/junk/imgaudio/
I'd love to try this sometime, some of these artifacts look very cool. I also want to try using the encoded images for sound design or music.
True, Steam is pretty much a monopoly
Boy do I have a video for you
