An avid meme observer and Fediverse enthusiast.

If I recall correctly, a lot of the comics (at least early ones, I haven't gotten very far) don't have credit on them.

How are you still alive? I have to remove batteries from clocks around the house during a migraine because even the ticking noise is too much...

Wait, what would similar reaction actually be? Would they send 100 000 women to Sweden?

Older houses definitely have them... but there was this trend at some point to renavate older houses and remove the oil heaters and fireplaces and wood heated saunas, and replace everything with electric ones. Why? No idea, trends are weird.

By losing consciousness. Usually our minds keep us anchored to a single layer of the multiverse, even during our dreams (which do allow shifting between worlds) it pulls us back most of the time.

If you have ever been unconscious, this most likely isn't your original world. Symptoms usually include 'misremembering' of historical events or trivia, as well as changes in people's attitudes towards you after the episode of unconsciousness.

The longer you remain unconscious, the longer your 'fall' will be. Small fall will have you waking up in a mostly similar world, but the further you get from your home, the more differences will emerge. To travel into fundamentally different worlds would require longer than one human lifespan (not to mention additional spatial shifting to avoid landing in an environment hostile to life) and thus isn't currently practical without help from Outside.

In the settings, among the other character customization things. You should know this unless... did you press randomize in character creation? D: Please tell me you've at least turned off motion blur...

"Oh damn, that's crazy." Oh, you really think so? Nice to meet someone as interested in this as I, now let me tell you more about it.

I know at least Firefox and Signal do the same. I don't see why it should be changed, since pinching and double tapping are also supported. Although, the zoom on double tap is indeed way too strong.

I had never heard of this. Fascinating!

I like to keep my home at 16°C (60.8°F) when possible. Summers are hell.

Just like peeing your pants! Ahh, got to love positivity.

Why does anyone need any temperature? I find it most comfortable! I've also noticed sleep is a lot better when the air is a bit cooler. Anything above 18°C just makes me feel uncomfortably warm.

I too am surrounded and often pursued by skeletons wearing flesh costumes.

I stopped reading out of habit as soon as I got to the "award winning design" and "form factor". Such marketing buzzwords are usually a good sign telling me that part of the text has no valuable information and should be skipped.

I hadn't even noticed this habit and I have no idea when it started. I wonder what other subconscious reading optimizations I've made, and how they might impact the type of information I read without me realizing it...

True honesty often comes across as rude. If someone asks me what I think of their new carpet and I think it looks like shit, I'll tell them just that. Saying "I don't like that carpet" would feel dishonest as it's only limited honesty. (being honest about the opinion or thought, but not about its intensity)
