at this point I'm extremely suspicious of anybody who self identifies as "anti-war" because if you have the correct opinions that would be included under what the listener would consider opposition towar, you can just, like, say those opinions. This is great, but for mysterious reasons the icon doesn't appear on either my home screen or in the app tray. I installed the basic apk from github. It does open and it does appear if I go settings:all apps, so it's definitely there.
