As someone else in management I would take the higher morale boost I have from my completely remote engineering team to some “good conversations” and “interesting ideas” that may pop up from time to time. It’s not their job to come up with that shit. It’s either mine or products and they are definitely able to do it organically if you facilitate casual working sessions that promote conversation over productivity.

Edit: also if you have people who can’t manage their work without you stating over their shoulder that’s a failure on your part not theirs. Yes some people just aren’t cut out for some jobs but if the difference is being remote or in the office that is totally on you.

lol, I’d rather have the first party modern bangers Sony’s pumping out then…checks notes…literally no good first party games on my xsx since I bought it. Backwards compatibility is great, but I don’t spend $600+ on a console to play old games. I can keep my old consoles around for that or emulate.

Exoprimal is currently my main game.

Fuck you for generalizing the population down there. Which is one of the things REPUBLICANS do, not southerners. And while they have an artificial stranglehold on politics down there don’t forget republicans in your state are just as fucking bad.

I love most of these but one I don’t think anyone knows about is Bloody Roar on PS1. Typical fighter but each character could also transform into a different beast mode with a new move set. Tons of fun although I don’t think it’s aged well at all.

Yall windows gamers be acting like the only computers people own are windows. It’s a huge pain to run a number of games on Linux. And don’t get me started on Mac support.

The problem is that system lends itself to promoting bland but popular films. Like marvel movies. But gems have a much harder time on RT.

It’s hard to compare them, they aren’t the same genres really. I love both for different reasons. Got is closer to HZD than TLOU2.

Same

I’d imagine you can’t allow a community to read only and not comment to another so that would necessitate defederation being bi-directional.
