I think (hope) that the op was implying that the people who accused the librarians of committing the awful crime of supporting lgbtqa+ rights, should be liable for the financial cost not only of the legal fees, but of the cost to taxpayers.
At least I really hope that's what they meant

I'll dm you about the warmup papers, that sounds really valuable. I saw a few wonderful seeming voice teachers on YouTube so hopefully that takes me some of the way. I'd value having a consistent relationship with someone to help me so I think I'm going to continue looking for a 1:1 situation
