I think it’s even simpler than that. China/SEA offered better profits for western businesses, who had no problem with squandering their nations wealth on sweat shops in a far away land. Politicians stand idly by while it happens as long as their paychecks arrive on time.
My grandfather had GBS in the 80s. Absolutely terrifying. Unfortunately he lost his ability to walk and was forced into an early retirement.
It’s indescribably scary to watch a loved one’s body destroy itself while you and the doctors alike are wondering if this horrible disease will leave any part of them unscathed.
I’ve been thinking about this for some time, but rather smartphones as the form factor. It aligns with the trend of converging technologies, where devices are becoming more multifunctional, and users are seeking more flexibility and efficiency from their gadgets. It’s a future-forward vision that I believe will redefine personal computing.
As a New Yorker even I cannot pretend that the Canadian view of Horseshoe Falls isn’t better.
Politics aside, as someone who defaulted on student loans years ago, don’t do that. It is a decision that will follow you for a ridiculously long time with little recourse.

Junos CLI is a real treat. I work with the SRX line regularly, particularly the SRX4600 and the SRX300 series.
This news broke a few days ago and promptly received broad bipartisan backlash. It doesn’t seem clear if this buyout will be tolerated on national security grounds.
