I would definitely get a second or third opinion if I were you
I am a man in my late forties and I can tell my body is running down. But, um, I don't deal with constant pain. Swelling. I can do everything I want to do.

Keeping a gratitude journal. Every day I think of something I'm grateful for. It could be big or small. And I write it down. I keep them different (a text file I can search helps).
It has given me a more grateful mindset. Because now I'm on the lookout for things to put in my gratitude journal.
It wouldn't bother me. I wouldn't subscribe to any subreddits though.
I'd like to be able to link a web app and its mobile app (lemmy.world and Jerboa for example). And to set a limit to the amount of time I spend on the pair. And have that sync across all my devices.

I've transitioned to eSIM with no plans for going back
I didn't feel physical SIMs brought me any benefits. Nor do I feel an eSIM has any downsides. The industry is slowly moving towards eSIMs anyway, so...

I couldn't get into it
I don't use an ad blocker. I do mind ads but I also want to adhere to the social contact: I subject myself to ads for the free content.
At the moment I get a new notification I decide if it's useful. If it isn't, the category gets turned off.
My bar for apps is also extremely high. I don't get the notifications if the app isn't installed.
