Ah... Sadly no. That's why is my low stakes resolution. :) I work from home and I've gotten very lazy. I just roll from my bedroom to the office, down to the kitchen, and repeat.

I'm planning to walk 1000 km in 2024. Nowhere fancy, just around my neighborhood.

Maybe you can draw a picture instead? Are the "words" in here with you now?

Bubble tea. I've made everything from scratch before, but it's so much easier to just buy one and let someone else cook the boba.

Salad

That's a really nice collection! I love the orange flame color.

My first dutch oven is over 20 years old, and I've picked up a few pieces at the le creuset outlet and thrift stores since then. They are pricey, but mine are really holding up well. I pull out the big pot whenever I make soup or chili.

Hey! Bad decision buddy!! I also climbed longs peak in sneakers years ago. Seemed like a good idea until we got to the scree section near the top. I remember a lot of slipping on the way back down, too. I think I also killed a lot of multiverse mes that day.

At least the views were worth it. One of the prettiest hikes I've ever done.

Santa (aka my credit card) brought me an instant pot for Christmas. Do you have pressure and times for the potatoes? I didn't even think of cooking them in there and then mashing.

If you are located in the US, you might be able to get a good deal at one of the outlets. I got some trivets and a dutch oven a few years ago. The pan has a small dent in the side (works fine, and you don't really see it). https://www.lecreuset.com/outlets.html

It can take some abuse, but I wouldn't use metal utensils. Eventually you will damage the coating from all the scratches. I think they are easy to clean, like you said. I've burned food and it comes out with a good soak and a wash.

Wow, I had no idea they glow under black light. That's a cool gift!

Yeah, they give you a week's script for percoset in the US when you get it removed. What do they do in your country?

Justice of the peace.

Theatre of Tragedy fits that style. They are older, but worth checking out.

They are awesome. Thanks for sharing the link!!

Yeah, I mostly use my metal spatula in the stainless pans.

I'll walk back my statement a little though. I don't think it's as delicate as I made it sound. :) You can use metal, but you just can't go crazy with it. It's not as touchy as non-stick.

Good luck with colemak! I was practicing pretty regularly, but fell out of it. I should pick it back up. I got decent at typing regular text. I couldn't get over the hump for writing code though.

Are you using any of the mods for the layout, like the dh swap?

Kitty, put that dried ham away!

That sounds amazing. Do you just put it all together in the ice cream maker?

Good luck! I think you might have to try a few pans up find which one you like the best.

Lol
