Replace him and we'll get Trump

I drink Bigelow lemon ginger every night. Pose on, friend

Slightly more gray: content I've already paid for in one form or another. I spent like $100 going to the theater to see Mario with the family. I'm not losing sleep over adding it to my Plex when it hits VOD.

Oh no.

Anyway.

6 miles away is not the epicenter... It's close on a geologic scale, but not worth a headline unless it's actually on the property.

"set a timer for X minutes" And "set an alarm for X AM" are super helpful

A new non-toxic pesticide can be valuable regardless of the journalist who wrote an article.

how controversial school board meetings have gotten since

If the next words aren't "Moms For Liberty started forcing their christofascist demands into every meeting using astroturfed Kokh dollars", it's not telling the full story.

You can't effectively use an education if products overtly lie about their contents/effects or are contaminated.

If any of you follow Jeff Jackson for his razor sharp explanation of what's going on in the House, this act will be solely responsible for removing him from the House.

A massage never killed anyone, unlike chiropracty. Just get a massage.

They're capping them too.

My guess is these were underperforming problem employees that they wanted to drop. This provided an easy out to skip a PIP and severance. A company the size of wells fargo there are going to be way more people than 14 using a jiggler. If it were a blanket 1-strike, it would be a lot more folks gone.

Totally on your page, but what you're describing sounds kinda like times square.

To be fair, a light slap on the wrist is a lot more impactful with such tiny hands.

I mean... If it's ever below freezing, it's by definition "warmer in the fridge"

Because it was another number. No need to be obtuse.

I'll believe it when I see it.

I still don't understand how the "hot coffee" debunking isn't known world round by this point.

It already is, just with a 40 year lag

I'm glad the pranksters realized when it would be going too far and pulled back. Making a mockery of a fool is one thing, but hugely contributing to disinformation fervor is another.

I don't think you understand the level to which people take chiropracty. People use it in a "cures what ails you" mentality. Colds, flu, hand arthritis, all sorts of diseases. There is a ton of danger in allowing "back cracking for healing" when it doesn't do anything that couldn't be done with massage.

Then vote.

Everyone:

Too much work

There doesn't have to be. But there is because Republicans want it. They love the media circus. They love the leverage to play hardball. They refuse to pass measures that prevent it in the future. And with our current form of government, it would take 60 senate votes to pass something like fixing shutdowns, which aren't there.

After all, what are they going to do? Prosecute him?

Yes. And be bald-faced hypocritical. They don't give a shit about the rule of law. They only care about "winning"

Not only that, Amazon has the mechanisms to prevent counterfeiting today: dedicated bins for individual sellers products. They just make the vendors pay an extra fee to use it.

Literally extorting their sellers. "Gee it'd be a shame if some counterfeit merchandise were to be sold instead of yours. I could protect you from that"

The difference is there is American federal policy being put in place around TikTok specifically that is not being done against other social media apps.

By grifting the elderly to pay for lawyers of zero integrity

Because they're animated shit monsters. Shouldn't nea surprise really

It was about the stolen DVD / VCR combo players. So... That should clarify things

I like the comparison of a robber going into a bank with a piece of paper saying "put all the money in the bag or else" and then getting indignant "Ohhh well I guess WRITING IS ILLEGAL NOW"

He's not running for reelection anymore, so he's not beholden to his masters.

it would be a national crisis. "Something would have to be done!"

People are already saying something has to be done because it is a national crisis. Toxic gun culture prevents any serious actions

He just announced he'll be running for NC state AG, which is a great way to go for now.

Obvious troll is obvious

He probably has multiple houses

So you want the party of "I'd eat my own shit if it meant democrats had to smell it on my breath" to have the unilateral power to remove every single one of their "enemies" for a decade?

That's the title of OPs linked article. What's a lemming to do?

What's the interest payment/cost for this kinda service? I've fortunately never been in a position to need it.

TL;DR Summary:

Federal Judge Aileen Cannon, overseeing Donald Trump's classified documents case, hinted that the trial might be delayed until 2024, deeming the matter potentially complex. This comes after prosecutors and Trump's attorneys presented their arguments. While prosecutors had urged the judge not to defer the trial beyond the 2024 election, Trump's side recommended a postponement. The case involves Trump being charged with retaining crucial national defense information. Given the nature of the charges, the case is governed by the Classified Information Procedures Act (Cipa), which has specific rules for cases involving classified documents, making it more time-consuming than standard criminal cases. Both Trump and his valet, Walt Nauta, have pleaded not guilty. If the trial is delayed post-2024 and Trump wins the election, he could possibly pardon himself or instruct the justice department to dismiss the case.
