I mean everything goes to shit. 2023 could not get me more pessimistic. 2020 was a bad year, but I still got hope that it is temporary. Now, I see that companies have no limit in screwing their consumers and I can't do anything about it.

It's out of sync and I don't know how to scroll manually when it happens.

That's why people vote for Trump and that's why Bernie Sanders came close to win the primaries. People don't want the status quo suggested by the establishment of both parties.

I don't want the video game industry to turn into an oligopoly, but I see your point of the impact of competition on the quality of games. There is a need for competition, but being a big company doesn't garantee good games, which is demonstrated by Battlebit vs Redfall and Hyper Scape.

I admit that I cannot expect Activision-Blizzard to compete with Microsoft at the state they are, so there is no point denying that acquisition for that reason. However, maybe small developers would have more chance to succeed and take ABK market shares if there is no acquisition.
