This article didn't really give any new reasons not to use WhatsApp. All the reasons stated in the article are already known. I thought this article was about a new breach or something, but it's a rehash of info that's been around a while. The article is also a few months old, dating back to April.

If there's one thing I've learned, people will use whatever app they're most comfortable with and whatever app their friends use, regardless of security ("I got nothing to hide!") or features ("I don't care about x or y!"). Then you end up like me, using several different apps. That's not necessarily a bad thing as I like using different apps and seeing how features differ from app to app, like how an app shows link previews, or if it can display a meme by pasting the link in the text box vs having to download the image and attach it in-line. But it's hard to get people to switch when a lot of people don't care.

It's amazing how she, Boebert, and Gaetz are three of the biggest idiots probably ever to hold office in the House, yet they've been popular by spewing hate. That tells us what drives their base.

Yeah, Boebert's on pretty thin ice if I remember correctly from the last election. I think she barely won. And I think MGT only won because her supporters basically made death threats against her opponent and his family so he dropped out. And Gaetz, well Florida is basically a lost cause at this point. Too many Republicans there and they'll vote R regardless of how shitty DeSantis makes Florida. There's already a ton of crap with Disney and immigrant workers, which is hurting business, but they'll still vote for him (or any R) because of the R.

This is acceptable to them. They did their job by forcing birth. It's not the GOP's problem after that, as they don't care about the infant mortality rate.

He'll continue to call it a hit job to hurt his chances, even though they did the same thing to Hilary in 2016 lol.

I'd vote for her in a heartbeat.

Keep in mind that this is a Trump appointed judge and she's essentially all in on the Trump train. There have been articles in the past month or so speculating what she'd do, whether push this off until after the election (which is what Trump wanted, and if he won, he'd make sure it went away or got buried, and would basically destroy her reputation as a credible judge, so that would play into her career) or have it before the election, which is obviously what Trump did not want. I think she's splitting the difference here, having it before the election, but months after what Jack Smith had requested.

FTA:

In an order issued in Ft. Pierce, Fla., U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon says the evidence in the case is "extremely voluminous and will require substantial time to review" and includes classified and top secret documents that require special handling procedures. She also says the case meets the legal definition of a "complex" case, requiring a more extended trial schedule.

This sounds like she's trying to appease both sides as much as possible with minimal damage to her credibility, reputation, and career.

This is from his upcoming movie "Tarmac City".

The front page this morning of /all is full of posts about it.

Is there a way to save threads? I haven't seen a built-in save or bookmark feature. I browse mostly on mobile so I didn't know if my only course of action was to open threads in separate tabs and bookmark them old school style.

The headline is a link to the DeAreow website as well. There are links there to the various browser extensions.

Someone posted a *monkey script to fix this. Though I did find that while it does fix the squished thumbnails, it slightly stretches others vertically.

Edit: Found it

Revolt is one, and the app is basically a clone of Discord.

It's the whole projection thing. Everything they complain that the liberals are doing, they're actually doing, whether it's to divert attention or whatever.

Yup, constantly being logged out. I'll close Firefox with the Kbin tab open. Open FF the next day and Kbin will show me logged in, but as soon as I try to do anything, I get the login the page.

Ahhh okay, thanks. That would be a sufficient temp solution.

No, it's not necessary. Who cares who contributes a lot? If a user cares about karma, then they should just stay at Reddit. We don't need this to be a Reddit clone.
