They're getting bold because nothing happens to them.

Biden is a status quo guy and I didn't expect him to do much other than try to fix all the shit Trump destroyed from Obama. He probably could've done more but oh well. All we can do is make sure Republicans don't win again. But it's tough when they change laws to benefit them while they're in power.

Where's all the evidence against Hillary and all the evid the My Pillow guy has and all the evidence of yada yada yada? When are they dropping these bombshells?

Haha the far right have been threatening to kill liberals for a few years now and are itching for an real civil war. Most of the threats I read about are made in their Telegram channels, but they all say how they're stocking up on guns and ammo and waiting for the go-ahead.

Evangelicals hang onto this chump's every word. They have zero credibility. Funny how they're supposed to love everyone and be tolerant, but they're the most hateful intolerant people I've ever known.

It's not controversial. If ethics rules are applied to one branch of government, then eventually all branches of government will have to follow the same rules. That's what they're afraid of, the domino effect. It just sucks that we even need these rules to begin with.

Isn't all privatized healthcare junk healthcare? I mean, it's tied to an employer, you pay for coverage and depending on your plan, you still have to pay thousands of dollars before it really kicks in and then they still won't cover 100%, and insurance can still deny your surgery or procedure, and meds are still expensive as hell.

I got into a debate with a vet about socialized healthcare and I told him the military is a form of socialism with socialized healthcare. They get free meals if they eat at the dfac. Vets and dependents get free healthcare and basically free meds. It's all paid for by the military, which gets money from the government. They still have insurance, but it basically covers everything, even at civilian hospitals. Sure, you have to sign on and possibly go to war, but if/when you come back, you don't have to worry about healthcare.

It's definitely possible to do, since the US is the only first world country to not have it. We just refuse to do it because we care more about corporations than people.

This is what they wanted. They pushed false information, especially during the Trump years. Can't take it back now.

These polls are fun and all, but I don't trust them, especially a over a year out. Things can change drastically.

They have a marketing problem that they're trying to fix. They're not trying to fix their stance on abortion. It's the same shit, just trying to make it sound not as extreme.

Republicans hate change. They hate that they no longer run the show, though they're doing what they can to get that power back. They hate that the old white man doesn't have the strangling grip on society it once had. They hate that minorities and women have rights, though they're doing what they can to change that. They hate open boarders and people who feel more themselves as a member of the opposite sex. They hate what America was on the path of becoming, which was a place that truly welcomed any and all people.

Tuberville is such a dolt. Parlayed his coaching career into politics, and is now holding military promotions hostage because he doesn't like the military's stance on abortion.

Hahaha cry me a fucking river. Tell that the North Carolina's governor when state Republicans tried to strip away powers after he beat the Republican nominee. She can eat a dick.

And now kids in Arkansas get to experience the grind.

Bonus points if it's in front of Four Seasons Lawn Care.

Does this include rapists? What about women who rape men or boys and they get pregnant, are those men/boys on the hook for child support too? With Republicans knee jerk reactions and blanket laws, then yes, probably.

I also remember when Trump said "take their guns first and go through due process second" but his supporters don't remember that and constantly claim Dems want to do that. Not saying any Dems have never said anything similar, but I know they push for more gun control and not necessarily taking guns away.

Yup. It's part of why they stacked the courts. Republicans know a lot of the shit he does and has done so it's their way to protect him as much as possible.

I wouldn't be surprised if she throws it out on some obscure technicality that isn't a technicality but she convinced herself it is.

Gaetz is on par mentally with Boebert and MGT. Is China really building a secret military base in Cuba? Not so secret now, I guess, unless it's supposed to be common knowledge and he didn't just let slip a piece of national security.

Well, he keeps getting away with shit so why stop?

It was hilarious when the Stadia head tweeted that it wasn't going anywhere and then a month later it was announced that it's being shut down lol

iMessage is only a big deal in the US and maybe Canada. The rest of the world uses WhatsApp and Telegram mostly.

I use several different apps because my friends and family are a good mix of Android and iPhones. I use Blue Bubbles, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Facebook Messenger, Google Messages, Signal, and Meet for "FaceTime" calls.

She won't. Trump said we'd never hear from again if he lost the election. They crave the spotlight.

I think it's more to distract Trump supporters from all his indictments and trials, even though most don't give a shit and will vote for him even if he went on a murderous rampage school shooting. "Well was it a liberal school? It was? He's got my vote."

Oh no! Not addressing issues that actually matter and impact millions of Americans! Not on her watch!

And all her lunatic supporters are all about it lol.

Republicans protect him, that's why. They know he's corrupt but they have to protect him to protect their own political careers. The Republicans that have spoken out against him haven't faired too well.

I've been an AT&T customer for years, mostly out of necessity. They just offer the best all around service for my needs.I tried switching to T-Mo, but they have a lot of dead spots (especially along interstates) and has weaker signal strength in most buildings than AT&T. And I just refuse to use Verizon, but they're in a similar situation.

I've been bouncing between Liftoff and Connect. I loved Sync for Reddit so I'll be using that when it comes out, though I also tried and liked Boost, Joey, and Infinity for Reddit.

I tried Jerboa but it was missing quite a few features at the time, but it's also really new so that wasn't a problem.

I do spend most of my time on Kbin so I just use the mobile web interface.

%No way this dude is willing to go to jail lol.

He convinced his supporters a long time ago that anything against him is a hoax or witch hunt or the deep state out to get him or whatever, so they'll vote for him regardless. They don't care he'll be in trial.

And we're stuck with it for the foreseeable future.

Only $4.5 million? That amount seems kind of low if the data they have is as valuable as they say.

They're fine gett getting fucked over as long as libs are getting fucked over too. The phrase "they would eat shit as long as a liberal has to smell their breath" comes to mind.

Someone will try to monetize the fediverse. They may not be successful, but they'll try.

Are they really checking each other if they all want to place power in one political party (or more accurately, one person)?

I read the title and immediately thought of the time when President Xi if China had basically made himself president for life and during a rally, Trump said maybe we should try that some day and did that little shrug he does when he really means what he says but shrugs to make the crowd think he's not really serious about it.

He'll just continue to say what he's always said, that this judge or that attorney or whoever is against him and this, that, and the other is rigged against him. As far as he's concerned, it's him vs the world.

Did you hear him the other day when he told people at his rally, "I'm being indicted for you." Like he's the second coming of Jesus and he died for his supportters' sins.

As long as his supporters are on board, he'll say whatever shit to make him look like the victim. And his supporters will be all for it.

Earlier rumors speculated that Apple would cripple it via software, either restricting charging speed, data transfer, or both.

How many scammer have already downloaded this and are applying it to their scams lol

Toxic masculinity.

Well Trump said way back that not paying taxes made him a smart businessman. So he essentially acknowledged not paying taxes, but there was no real investigation into that and Republicans and supporters agreed he was smart for not paying taxes.
