I've known this song from just about when it was released. Great song. Couple of years later I heard adorations. And that was it till a few months ago. I bumped into them on YouTube.. Started researching their music. I'm now hooked on their music and lyrics.. Jaz Coleman (leader and vocalist is both nuts and a genius, if that makes any sense).. After 1990 their music took a strong turn, some say they're the godfathers of industrial rock..
There's a live concert on YouTube called xxv gathering. First hour of the video is an interview with jaz, after that the concert. Good video and great sound quality.. All in all a great concert..

I think it might have to do with the lock screen. Try locking the screen while audio is playing and see what happens. If that is the case I think there might be a workaround that involves reverting to the old lock screen or something. Hope this helps..
