Doing so on the desktop is easy enough. Getting rid of Android appears to be a much harder challenge, though.
They had to leave the plane but no one wanted to wake them up
Bro went with his mom
Amazon are also rumoured to be working on a Steam competitor, called "Vapor"
Oh great, yet another launcher.
Do I need a foldable phone? No. Do I like the idea of owning a phone that is actually small enough to be used with one hand and can fit anywhere? Yes. Besides, closing it to end a call is very cool.
This comic is from 2023, it's completely unrelated to the man or bear question.
At this rate in a couple years there'll be nothing left of all those studios they bought recently.

I have a feeling that someone will later make a 4-hour-long video essay calling them out for it
Hot and well protected. It's all one could wish to be, really.
Love most of your suggestions but I wouldn't recommend Internet Historian. Dude is a plagiarist at best and a Nazi at worst.
Probably, but then again, if you enjoy making art then just do it. It doesn't have to be beautiful, it doesn't even have to be good, as long as it makes you happy it is worth doing.
At long last, we have created the Torment Nexus from the classic sci-fi novel Don't Create The Torment Nexus
Sure, here it is. As for the plagiarism accusations look no further than the latest Hbomberguy video.
You mean r/SubredditSimulator? I miss that place, it was funny as hell.
Apple TV+ and Amazon Prime aren't going anywhere since their parent companies have infinite money to burn on streaming. For this reason alone I think these two services are more likely to survive in the long run than Disney+ or Netflix. There's also Max, which has some great content but I'm not as confident it'll still be around in 10 years.
It feels almost surreal to have an environment minister that actually cares about the environment... though truth be told, the previous government lowered the bar so much that doing absolutely nothing would still have been a clear improvement.
I absolutely need this dog as an emoji
What if you keep a baby awake until it becomes an adult?
It's a shame that's not the default because while do find EVs interesting there's no way I'm buying a car that may stop working after a failed software update. Did early EV manufacturers feel the need to put as many bleeding edge features as possible in their vehicles to make them more alluring? Cause I can't imagine another reason to turn a car into a driveable smartphone.
Yt-dlp. It's basically the only way I download music nowadays.
Born too late to be made of lead or asbestos, born just in time to be made of microplastics.
It's not like Reddit has over 1000x more users than Lemmy or anything
It becomes even more impressive when you remember how many amazing games came out in 2023. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Pikmin 4, Street Fighter 6, Alan Wake 2, The Talos Principle 2, Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon, Final Fantasy XVI, Hi-Fi Rush, Marvel's Spider-Man 2, Lies of P, Pizza Tower, most of these would win GOTY if they had come out this year instead.
This reads like you never visited any instance other than lemmygrad.ml.
Kinda late to the party here but I'll share a couple of my favorites:
Melodysheep - video essays about science and science fiction with absurdly high quality animations and production value
Mustard - same as above, except about interesting and/or unusual real vehicles
Casually Explained - just a dude with a great sense of humor and crude artwork explaining random things to you
Sam O'Nella Academy - same as above, except covering very specific and much weirder topics
Biblaridion - his usual content is about conlangs (don't ask, I don't know either) but his ongoing Alien Biospheres series about speculative evolution is simply amazing
TierZoo - highly entertaining videos about animals and zoology, except it's all a videogame
LowSpecGamer - as the name implies, he used to make videos about making AAA games run on potato systems but has since pivoted into making (great) mini docs about the history of videogames and technology
Cyriak - he doesn't post often but the dude has been making the same kind of technically impressive and often disturbing animations for over 15 years now
I looked it up and unsurprisingly there's a whole Wikipedia page about this. Long story short, it takes decades for rock to become soily at all so likely a much longer time till it becomes as soily as what's around it here.
Easy fix: don't bury people, just leave the bodies out in the open so scavengers can do their job.
Writers, no matter how good, are just regular people. I have much higher expectations and not as much patience towards a game studio with infinite money and no released games whatsoever in over a decade.
This whole thing is so weird to me. I did a road trip through Argentina some time ago and every once in a while I'd see a random road sign just saying "Las Malvinas son Argentinas". They just won't let it go.
Pixar, 2025: What if aliens had feelings
It's a tropical country with great food, welcoming people and beautiful landscapes, so I can imagine a few reasons why. The laws and proneness to natural disasters are less than ideal, though.
We had a nice little Brazilian flag near the top left corner until it was covered by amonguses. Civilized my ass.
The ultimate male hetero fantasy
That doesn't mean much. Iran and Saudi Arabia also are in it and they hate each other.
Speaking of which, do we have a Lemmy version of r/patientgamers? I miss that place
It's a meme. It was used so often it spawned other meme responses itself. So it goes like this:
google en passant
holy hell
new response just dropped
actual zombie
You get the gist.
Holy hell
Huh, I thought this would be about a new device. I guess Anbernic's release schedule has spoiled me.
