Was machen Sachen?

Yes, it was great back then. I really enjoyed using it until they switched over to Fandom. So glad they got rid of it again.

Being able to use the same credentials for logging in is something else than creating a public profile for users that never signed up for the service.

An important step to do that is to learn from the past and call out what was right and what was wrong.

Are you confusing Tor and something like deep/dark web? Because Tor itself is just a webbrowser, it's basically a Firefox with some modifications for stricter privacy.

people in southern Germany will go to church, give you a weird side-eye if you work on a Sunday or have dyed hair, wear checkered shirts and get shitfaced at the biweekly state fair.

Best summary of south Germany in one sentence

You just described the free market, not capitalism.

It's a web browser. Slower than others and some pages won't work but other than that, it does just that.

Fairphold

if you buy a fairphone maybe you do not buy new devices every year

shake for flashlight (why don't other OEMS have this?)

As often as moto phones are praised for this feature, the reason has to be that they own a patent on this and other manufacturers are not allowed to just copy it. Can't imagine it's difficult to do with some customization though.

With no debt, this is perfectly doable

With no debt, no family and a high paying full time job

The second icon in the bottom navigation bar of the main view gets you to the list of your subscribed communities. In the searchbar at the top you can search for other communities over all instances.

You guys wear trousers?

Yep, and thats nothing the average user has any interest in.

And what is Ted supposed to copy?

capitalism is a compilation of dick moves

You do not need to understand others on an emotional level for this, you can come pretty far on rationals alone. This excuse might work in a personal relationship, not here.

But what do people use it for? There is no point logging into your facebook and youtube accounts through Tor but thats what most people do on the web.

Usually they are having them distributed my mosque communities to interested passer-bys in the streets of cities for free.

Such agreement will probably just be included in future contracts.

I did not try Threads so I do not know. The post suggests that your user handle appears as a suggestion of a profile to follow for other people even if you never signed up.

nah thanks, I'll take the outpackage to retirement as well

Also might come in handy as a tool in more ways than the machete. Open doors, smash windows, chop firewood and you'd probably still manage to sharpen some sticks with it. As a weapon I do not think that a machete is easier to use without any training.

You think it is a conspiracy then.

I'd call that buttered ham. A sandwich requires bread!

You will still listen to it, watching movies, advertisements, playing video games...

yes

Not having your tweets displayed publicly is not blocking. It's just about which public tweets you are shown.

Amazon, Google (except for YouTube, there's really no alternative), Facebook, Twitter and social media in general, EA, Ubisoft and Epic Games, Nestlé and food with excessive plastic wrapping, food delivery services

only micro usb and very slow charging bricks in there

Hmm, kind of an open source Steam client that shares game files in a secure and verified peer to peer manner and only lets users play that have the corresponding NFT in their connected wallet. Now you'd only need an incentive for someone to develop something better and way more complex than Steam without making anything close to the same profit from it. Also you'd need a reason for publishers to sell their games this way, if after half a year they won't sell a single copy anymore, as there is always someone that offers their used license cheaper.

Yes, it was made by Motorola. Writing this on my Nexus 6 running Lineage OS. It's turning a decade old soon and the older it gets the less I am willing to get something new. Nothing like that sweet 16:9 QHD OLED screen with headphone jack and stereo speakers in a metal frame for like 600€ anymore.

Capitalism is reliant on a free market. That does not make it the same nor does that mean that a free market is reliant on capitalism. The concept described above is a free market, not capitalism.

What is not to trust about Dell?

any sources on that?
