It's literally the universal operating system. I use it on my home server, my rented v servers, my laptop, my desktop computer and on all the servers that I administrate for work.

I would also look into MeshCentral

I think it's more of a hobby project. There is no way to legally release it to the public.

I love KDE Connect and I don't even use KDE. Automatic pausing of media playback when someone calls is magic

But now you can just use wayland

Edit: I didn't look at the picture before. I still recommend wayland instead of twitter

Hello from my self hosted kbin!

I just read that they are sunsetting their own public server so in the future you might need your own server to make use of it. So if that is not something that you want to do that might be a reason to go for RustDesk instead.

I mean he started with x.com and so it seems fitting that he might also end his career with it.

It's also nice because you only need one messenger for WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal combined.

Plus all of those chats are searchable and backed up in one single location

it's available through f-droid on android devices. I won't recommend just downloading from their website because it gets updated frequently as some youtube updates break their scraper.

I'll try and report back

Edit: It does not seem to work. Incoming Calls only send a text message "incoming call"

ttrss might be an option if you're into self hosting
