They have disabled the download data button and refuse to provide customers with a copy of their own data. I have been trying to get a copy of my data for over a month and they just tell me they'll consider re-enabling the button in the future.

Sort of. Everyone has intrusive thoughts, but neurodivergent (ND) people have a harder time controlling them. This is also why ND people rarely have luck with typical CBT therapists unless the therapist is experienced with neurodivergence and can suitably adapt to ND thinking styles.

There's also a chance that they continue to believe it's treatment resistant depression and anxiety and refuse to even consider ADHD. That was my experience over a decade and at least a dozen doctors and therapists until I specifically sought out an evaluation. It's also harder for women to get diagnosed, so that was probably a factor.

I have a family member in a throuple. They dated their partner for a few years before dating someone together, who later attended their wedding. They've been a throuple for about 8 years now and all seem pretty happy.
I went through ADHD Online and got treated through them a while, then I found a psychiatrist who specializes in ADHD/ASD. He said ADHD Online wasn't scientific enough for him and had me do another evaluation which was also online and the 2nd part had to be done by a loved one. I've also heard of people whose doctors did accept the ADHD Online evaluation, so ymmv. ADHD Online was $200 for the evaluation, $200 for the first appointment, and $100 for follow up appointments, so I would recommend them if you're desperate and can afford it.
I like a lot of the campy horror movies that typically have 5 or below on IMDb. One of my favorites is Sorry About the Demon (2022) on Shudder/AMC+, which currently has a 4.9 rating.
My preferred method is yoga (often Yoga with Adriene on YouTube), then meditate in corpse pose. Sometimes I'll do a guided yoga nidra meditation on YouTube. Taking a leisurely walk through the park or woods while taking care to notice the surroundings is also nice.
Antidepressants cause vivid dreams for me. Cyclobenzaprine is a serotonergic muscle relaxer that causes the type of vivid nightmares that make me yell in my sleep.
ADHD is usually fairly easy to get evaluated for, depending on where you're located. Getting evaluated for autism as an adult is usually much more difficult.

I have audio processing disorder with ADHD, and it has improved a lot on ADHD meds. It might be worth getting evaluated.
That's a really high dose of melatonin. If you take that much, your body depends on it and stops producing it naturally. Most people only need about .25 mg.
True. I'm a little more lax on trusting them for horror in general, but for some reason the Shudder/AMC originals are especially harsh.
