The Fairness Doctrine only ever existed due to the way the broadcast airwaves were divvied up. It had no bearing on cable's CNN, etc.

I really have only ever used either of them as a DLNA server, but I was recently forced into Jellyfin and find that I like it much better than Plex. It's faster and more reliable on my system, and for my stripped-down needs, it's a perfect fit. I'd say that if Jellyfin is doing the job you need, you've got absolutely no reason to switch.

In the US, at least, you have a significant portion of the population with a puritanical bent. To top it off, they're extremely vocal, political, and organized.

Right or wrong, advertisers are terrified of angering these people.

+1 for RB

I'm completely addicted (I'm in season 90 or so); it's my go-to when I've just got a few minutes for a game. I think it's one of the best games on mobile.

I've been bitten a few times by dogs and most of those bites were from Chows. I despise and have learned to keep my distance from that breed. The blacker the tongue, the blacker the heart.
