Peanut butter can be made solely with blended peanuts. Hummus is rarely, if ever ime, made with only blended chickpeas and also requires some oil/tahini for even the basic texture.

I don't know if they can adapt to resist diatomaceous earth in any way? It's one of the more common treatments and it just slices them up.

Genuinely curious if you had someone smashing your window and trying to enter your house forcefully what your response would be.

Definitely.. but when doors close new ones open. Nothing wrong with having new communities to visit and engage with.

Yeah, it'd be nice if either party had even a shred of what he's showing but he's nowhere close to the all of the democratic party.

Been a landlord for almost 20 years. I've rebuilt some of these houses myself from an auctioned off unlivable disaster to a safe, clean, maintained property. To imply landlords don't work is such a narrow sighted view of reality. I got a glimpse during covid of an eviction moratorium a tenant that had quite a bit of hardship and I worked with her for 5 years pre-covid. Heating oil run out she couldn't afford I filled it out of pocket for her and her family. If she needed flexibility on rent timing I worked with her. When she snuck an untrained dog classified as an emotion support dog that chewed up the house's 70 year old woodwork stairs and balusters. I worked with her. When covid hit and the moratorium was about to go live her lease was up1 month prior. She ceased paying rent and utilities, I was informed I'd have to cover all her expenses during the moratorium. If she hadn't had that lease end right before this moratorium she would've continued staying there for free while I covered her family's entire housing and utilities. In the end my thanks for covering her and enforcing the lease end date was an entire house abandoned and full of trash and pest. Took my wife and I almost 2 months and close to $5000 to clean, repaint, repair/replace that property on top of the maintenance costs. This isn't a black and white situation..
Tldr, I guess: Evictions are a last resort for people who have had an agreement no longer be met by the other party. Should never have mad a moratorium on that legal process imo, it needed to have flexibility to help both parties not just shoulder 1 party with all the responsibility. The party is in extremely poor taste but I can understand their relief if they have similar tenants they can hopefully divest of after years of what my example held. I wouldn't have been able to do it for 3 years financially or mentally.

Supreme court doubtfully even needs to rule on this, Heller covers this already as you said. This won't stick.

Counterpoint is you can already legally build your own gun legally as long as it abides state and federal laws. These kits offer a safer diy experience than just throwing a 3d printed Glock clone together and hoping it works. Plenty of people have also built AR15 variants from "80% lowers" which require some diy milling and assembly. Having safe and tested diy options is likely a good thing for overall safety.

More of your free time to do our jobs for us while we make some extra cash. What a weird way to do business.

To each their own but sometimes it's nice to just scroll through comments and see the varied replies instead of just fed the top/earliest on some posts. Imo it increases user engagement.

Fwiw in my loose reading on the topic the 40 hour workweek was basically caused by the previous UAW strike. It is feasible this happens again.

It's literally that simple. There's zero argument it works any other way.

A banana texture raw vs a raw apple are very different. Toddlers need most of their food softened/chopped to small bites depending on teeth. No condescension but also just not the same thing at all.

Moved here 3 years ago.. you're very correct. It's very quick you see a confederate flag or "go Brandon yard flag" to rainbow pride yard flags.

Ehh while perhaps not popular amongst this crowd there's also collectors. I've bought and traded more than 3 in that timespan as collectibles/trade options for a sale or some such. Not everything is for nefarious reasons.

Same. Never knew it was a thing as I've had dogs in my life for over 30 years. Newest rescue of last year has magic hair that finds its way into my feet.

A month ago when I looked there were none. Today every pharmacy in my area has them including grocery stores. Give it another check and see.

Absolutely hate Chromebooks for my kids from their school. There's little control parents have over content/limits and much easier for kids to distract themselves from necessary assignments.

Does Usenet trigger the same issue?

6ish years of pretty decent on/off use only edibles and vape. My BP actually drops during use (I monitor due to previous HBP issues). This is going to be like any medicinal use, everyone will have different sides/severities.

Also the nvidia shield. It does what roku does but better and offers more.

Enjoyed the salad bar as a kid and the little arcade after soccer games.

It's honestly a fun device. We've only had it 4 days but it's gotten a lot of use from both adults and 2 kids.

For mass produced maybe but there's tons of quality options all over the states

Been managing one since about 2014 and increasing/updating... it's immensely refreshing never dealing with these companies' garbage "updates."

Carolina Ren Fair is fantastic. I've been to a few in the states and it's definitely top notch. We are actually going this weekend.

I host anywhere from 1-6 streams at a time on a custom built server.. I'd doubt you're going to get what you're asking without a much bigger build. It doesn't take a crazy build for plex but if you ever need transcoding the pi can't do it. My most recent iteration was ~$1300 but the price was mostly storage.

Read elsewhere gaming handhelds may be exempt. Unsure if that's accurate.

I get your point but in the example the AR-15.. is the cordless drill, not a brand. Tons of brands make variants/parts for the platform.

I bought the mid tier for that reason. I've built a bunch of PCs/server but having it just done is nice. I'll fix it as it breaks.

Is it the same as the US version? I'd happily ship one if it made sense. No clue how bad shipping would be, though.

Theories going around they're Chinese weapons funneled through NK. Will be curious if any evidence comes out proving it.

Rarely. Without RiF I legitimately hate reddit on mobile using old reddit. I'll lazily browse sometimes when I'm at a PC but it's super limited to topics I haven't found on here yet.

Does your feed autoplay? Mine just shows a censored vid until I click on it. It was obviously going to be someone dying from the headline. Just skip it if it isn't for you.

Been playing apex since launch. I've bought a total of 3 battle passes with actual money, it's super easy to just continue buying the battle pass off of the previous pass rewards. I have no love for the battle pass market but the apex one isn't one I'd call predatory. Game is free, battle pass is purely cosmetics you aren't forced into in any way. Aside from persistent audio issues apex plays really well for me.

Oh man this thread. Believing every person renting a house out is exactly as you lay in your description is fascinating in how wrong it is and fascinating how sad it is you've driven your thoughts so far down. This is not real world reality for the vast majority of landlords.
