Nobody should be using URL shorteners in the first place.

Anti-foreign ownership of domestic resources. Not anti-foreigner.

Otherwise yes.

Having more RAM than the series S doesn't translate to "having hardware with some oomph". The series S is memory starved. 10GB was a small amount even when it launched.

Not using grammarly also works.

They need to unionize too. Also count actors are included in the "actually make the games" group. Everyone should be paid well, don't drag a group trying to fix that down because the rest aren't doing anything.

Could be worse.

State law that he personally voted for when he was in the state assembly.

Lemmy doesn't really hide it as they're visible to instance owners and shared through federation. Kbin also shows them so I can see the username/instance of the 7 people who upvoted your comment.

I’m suing them for defamation for saying that

Not actually suing, that would require discovery which would lead to losing and more importantly forcing them to disclose their moderation policies. It's just an empty threat to sue so nazi sympathizers can point to it and "see they don't allow nazi's."

Having her serve her sentence in the appropriate prison isn't tolerating intolerance. She will still be convicted and be in prison for the duration of her sentence.

Still trying to shoehorn in a "runtime fee". That's not going to work and with this model it's pointless anyway. Just make it a 4% revenue for sales after $1 million. Same end results (actually potentially more in fees) without all the runtime issues. Make it apply only to a specific version and later and after a certain date and then you also don't have the retroactive problem and the massive blowback.

EFF isn't trying to make money off of you or willing to compromise your privacy for profit when necessary.

You seem to be reading things into comments that aren't there. Texas is a shithole because of the government running the State, not the people suffering through it.

I'm failing to see where anyone is blaming them for the shit their republican government is doing.

ASUS killed off bootloader unlocking back in May and has yet to fix that. If you try right now, you cannot unlock your ASUS phone. They may fix that in the future and are saying that's the case but as of right now, you can't.

Mass deportation of children is literally (one of) the dictionary definitions of genocide.

Criminal vs civil trial due to the statute of limitations. Trump could not be criminally charged as the crime happened too long ago. The law limiting the time was changed in 2006 but that can't be retroactively applied.

The problem is that many alleged victims of sexual assault, like Carroll, cannot avail themselves of the criminal justice system. At the time when Carroll alleges Trump raped her, the statute of limitations for rape in the state of New York was five years. In 2006, New York changed the law and abolished the statute of limitations for certain types of assault, but that change does not apply retroactively to crimes committed before 2006.

Adjusted for inflation comparing interest paid for 30 year fixed:
Loan Amount: $185,457 @ 16% - Interest Paid: $720,306 and Total Cost: $905,763
Loan Amount: $416,000 @ 7% - Interest Paid: $580,923 and Total Cost: $996,923

That's closer than I thought actually.

The sub itself isn't moving. This is a Mojang employee saying they will no longer provide updates or post on Reddit, or refer players there.

Tarnished doesn't mean ruined. Trump tarnishing something doesn't preclude it having happened before.

No, you don't. Not in the sense that you can prevent overflight. The FAA certainly isn't going to let you stop plans from flying over your house.

I doubt they're flying drones or taking any pictures themselves. They are purchasing imaging from companies that do this like what the ESA offers through Skysat. My county was doing the same thing for planning department enforcement and got a lot of flak for it.

Yes and your blatant misrepresentation of your own comments doesn't help your case either. Neither do all your self-deleted comments after being called out for your BS.

It's local news and like most local news isn't covered elsewhere.

Implicitly asking for it to be explained probably wasn't a good response if you cared.

This will search through whatever directory you select (and all subdirectories) for cbz, cbr, zip, or rar files. It will check the contents of each file to determine if it contains any jpg or png files. For all cbzs with jpg or png files, it will extract all data to a temp folder, convert the jpgs/pngs to webp images, and then create a new cbz file with the converted images. Any other contents of the cbz (such as ComicInfo.xml) will be retained. The final file will overwrite the existing file, so ensure you have a backup first.

https://github.com/azuravian/cbz\_jpg-to-webp

All that for something that was unnecessary in the first place. The tool you're trying to use already supports the file format you have and works recursively. No need to move files or convert them first.

Claiming things that are not transphobic (like this) are transphobic is harmful to trans people. This explains why you were banned. Blahaj doesn't allow transphobia or people who harm the trans community like you are doing.

Do kids get to go see rated r movies? How about M rated games?

Yes. There are no laws preventing either.

By itself? No.

It does not say "Police arrived 45 minutes after it was reported". From that statement alone we have no idea how long between the crash and someone seeing it and reporting.

Their own CEO admits they are required to allow Microsoft tracking in their "privacy" browser due to the contract for search. They use Bing for search, it's not a myth.

For non-search tracker blocking (eg in our browser), we block most third-party trackers. Unfortunately our Microsoft search syndication agreement prevents us from doing more to Microsoft-owned properties. However, we have been continually pushing and expect to be doing more soon.
