Stardew Valley is a great choice, if you are into gaming maybe some of the android ports for GTA? Like GTA 3 or Vice City.

I had the same issue browsing a lemmy.world community from kbin.social, looks empty to me from kbin except for this message:
The magazine from the federated server may be incomplete. Browse more on the original instance.
So I checked the original instance and there were already some threads there, then I created a new thread from kbin and it worked, it appears on both kbin and lemmy, but from kbin I still can only see my own thread, not the rest.
Oh well, I guess it's a matter of time, @ernest is working really hard to fix everything and so far apart from a couple of things it has been a pretty smooth experience for me.
Sorry if it's a silly question, but if a child is born on december 31 just a minute before the new year, could he be 2 before the mother gets to hold him then?
For basic things like syntax that I can't remember it's actually pretty good, way more faster than google IMO.
When I ask for something a little more complicated it can go two ways:
Actually doing a good job and generating something that I can use (I often have to polish that code, but still, it's better than expected)
Doing whatever that I didn't ask for, so when I point out that's not what I meant and explain it further, it enters a bucle where it goes back to the two same solutions.
"You didn't like solution A? Here, there's solution B. Solution B is terrible? Here, there's A again."
Overall it's a great tool though.
Been there this last friday, absolutely sucks and ruins my weekend with all the guilt and not being able to rest since now I have the urgent feel to do everything to make up for what I didn't do on friday.
I know we shouldn't being so hard on us but it's just so difficult sometimes.
It's an awful feeling when you're putting some extra effort on something that is hard for you and at the same time you know that, the moment you finish, you don't get to celebrate or share your joy with someone else because in the time you did that task some other person would have do that and three tasks more.
It's always that feeling of no matter how much I try it's never enough.
This was one of the best purchases I ever made for my pc back in the day, way better than any other controller I had till then.
I used Jabber with some people I knew from a tech forum and it was actually nice, plenty of clients to choose too.
The thing is, I couldn't get any of my actual friends to join, they were all over IRC / MSN and some of them still on ICQ, so I didn't last that much.
DDG is great, I've been using it for a while now, but I recently learned that I can also send mails from my main account as a @duck.com address and now I'm in love.
It's a number commonly associated to nazis, sucks if it's just your year of birth though
Yeah, this grinds my gears. I use to comment my code when I'm working on my personal projects, then at the office I have to waste time trying to decipher my boss's code because he won't comment absolutely anything.
That plus the ridiculous deadlines means that I don't have time to comment my own code, fast forward several months later without working on a particular project and now I have to decipher his and my own code.
One day he actually had the nerve to say to me: 'Yeah, you should comment your code'. How I refrained of commiting murder that day I don't know.
