Huh, I'm the opposite! I feel like vertical (and tree-style) tabs are useful precisely when you have more tabs

Are the lines salient though?

Not me, but I like dot@dotat.at

I found it funny. I no longer find it funny

DownOnSpot is the only one correct answer.

Edit: Zotify and Onthespot (which has a GUI) look good, as they too download straight from the source.

Heh, reminds me of this ancient meme from when the iPad first came out

Cozy

a master at knowing what will make someone click on his videos

Coincidentally also a master at knowing what will make me never click on them (yes it's the horrifying face he makes)

FYI SpotDL also downloads from YouTube, it just reads Spotify playlists.

You weren't kidding.

Trump falsely claims he never called for Hillary Clinton to be locked up

How is this NotTheOnion-appropriate in any way?

If anyone knows places to search for freely shared images that would be amazing

Wikimedia Commons!

Miners with jetpacks sounds like something straight out of a Commodore 64 game

I don't personally have that big of a problem with my posts/comments being "persistent", as I have a fairly high threshold for commenting and refrain from commenting anything too incendiary. And anyway, posts/comments, as I see it, are public and should be considered as such.

However, what I'm still a bit unclear on is the privacy of my votes/saves in the Fediverse. Should I start exercising the same caution in what I upvote or save? I understand that my home instance admins will have access to this data, but is that it?

Did you mean Audacity?

Go ahead. The rule is about copyrighted content, not open source tools.

Visual Studio Code is quite well liked

I think the screenshot is just showing connections the app's made, not necessarily blocked ones. I doubt any blocklist would contain pool.ntp.org

How come?

YAML, which is great

countries:
  - fi
  - se
  - no
  - dk

=> { "countries": ["fi", "se", false, "dk"] }

I don't think that's what OP is asking, I feel like it's more of a straightforward technical question. As in, if an instance is killed, what happens to the data "owned" by that instance?

It's very depending on which apk you want

Seeing as we're on /c/Piracy, I would assume a paid app, free.

Not at his expense IMO, but poor taste anyhow

The Aristocats!

The bots just copy the original title verbatim, OC tags and all, right?

Don't get me wrong, it's still pretty good and I do prefer it to Postman. I just dislike the amount of extra features and weird Insomnia account stuff they have been adding the past few years. When it first came out I loved it for its simplicity, and I feel like that's being lost.

Yes

What is that like really fancy long blimps

Only use VPN/torrents for extremely new or very obscure shows

Interesting, I would have thought torrents would be better for older stuff due to their theoretically infinite retention. Like, can you find, say, LOTR: The Return of the King on Usenet at the moment? Someone has to have uploaded it in the past ~2 years (retention period) or something for it to be available, right?
