Op7pro user here too. Its been 4 years already and at this point im just going to keep using this phone until its unbearable to use. Ive dunked it in river, smashed many back covers. At this point its not about being sustainable or something, but im genuinely interested how long can i withstand replacement. I dont mind having no 5g,since 4g with full bars is pretty fast already. All these phones currently in the market would be very incremental upgrade, unless you're going flagship range which is around 1k. I want to see smaller phones to come back. Sadly, phone manufacturers are pushing foldables, so it very rare to see any smaller than 5.5" phone for sale. If i were to upgrade now, probably id choose asus zenfone 9/10, pixel 8 with all these promissed 7 year updates.

100%. I found one with grooves, so you can tilt and lock on whatever angle you like. Going to use as secondary light soirce on my bike rides and camping trips

Usually its holding start and stop buttons for a few seconds

alcohol withers your body so much, maybe you don't feel it now, but maybe one day you will wake up looking 20y older than you supposed to be. maybe it sounds harsh, but thas what i fear the most. Thats why i rarely go out - all my friends i know keep drinking, and without participating in it there's really not much to do. I take drinks now or then, but getting shit faced and spending whole Saturday hangover seems kind waste of free time. Fuck milk tho.

Suntimes (foss) for sunrise/sunset. Shows when is golden hour, which is useful for photography.

Windy for weather, i bought premium which costs 1€/month but provides hourly updates on weather.

OsmAnd+ (free) for offline maps. Kind of steep learning curve, but is the most feature rich app I used. You can turn on to show publicly available hiking/biking routes from national parks, plan a route, etc. I used it for hikes and was able to locate water filling stations, cafes, even when internet was not available. Really helpful to plan your walks without needing an account.

Revolut for banking, best currency exchange rates and affordable eSIM in same app. I use it on first day on arrival before I get local sim if i need one, you get 100 mb for free, so its enough to text your booking on first day. Bring separate bank card in case ATM swallows your main card so youre not left stranded with no means to pay.

its very easy to dehydrate when youre sick, especially if you have diarrhea. Basically your body trying to flush out whatever is irritating you. Most electrolyte packs from pharmacy have glucose added. Glucose is very easily digested and provides energy source when your DI is not working. Also most doctors recommend to drink coke, since its full of sugar and has acidic pH which is bad for viruses. toasted bread also works, easily digestible and doesnt iritate

i always associated this word with documentaries about animals 😁

Any sci-fi series that starts messing with time-travel or random time frames is when it goes really bad. You stop caring for any of the characters and any major death scene is not as convincing as before

Compared to many different lives I could had chosen to end up with, from a scale of 1 to 10 how happy were I, could have been, and how happy were the people that surrounded me.

Rocking op7pro too here. Changed back covers 5 times already, swapped battery for a new one. Never owned a phone for that long and I have no intention on buying a new one.

why do i need to hear about Kacapstan, they're irrelevant
