Already have, will continue to.

Because she's both. Her mom is Indian, and her dad is Afro-Jamaican. That makes her ethnicity both Indian and Afro-Jamacian. There are people out there with mixed ethnicities.

"He's just like me frfr" --- Jesus apparently

I like the song Children of Bodom by Children of Bodom from the album Children of Bodom Hatebreeder.

I've seen some graphs / extrapolations where if young voters (18-24) voted at the same rate as older voters (55+), Harris would win by a pretty sizable margin.

That almost never happens, but Swift has a huge influence on young voter turnout.

To prevent confusion, I call them "VS Code" and "Visual Studio IDE", because if you say Visual Studio, people assume you mean Visual Studio Code.

I think I'm more confused by spongebob playing in the background more than anything.

I actually do. Upscaling, fast forwarding, modding, cheats, save states are all nice QoLs. A lot of emulators for these retro consoles are pretty platform independent too, so I can run them from anything from a PC, a handheld device, phone, other gaming consoles or smart fridge with my choice of peripherals.

If it helps give context, Miku is more of a mascot for a text-to-voice project/software that can be used to program singing using her voice or other voices too. I think all the voices have mascots that they call vocaloids.

The videos are probably promoting songs where her voice is used.

No no no, you see, when the left does it, it's cancel culture and literally communism. When the right does it, it's voting with your dollar, literally capitalism. Not comparable at all!!

Depends which news outlets you look at.

uBlock Origin

They also said in a memo maybe 2 years ago they want WotC to be worth double their value in 5 years. That's pretty unrealistic standards for an already established company.

Kind of will. There are already templates on demand for things like generating unit tests as you code. They're pretty robust already, and have aside from a few things (or edge cases), I don't have to do much code refactoring or fixing them.

They already save me several hours a week from manually setting up full ones. Haven't delved into other stuff they can do, but I'm sure it would only be more useful with time.

I can very easily see companies looking at the time save and thinking "we can downsize".

If you mean Visual Studio IDE (not VS Code), it's actually the most robust fully featured IDE I've used. Using other IDEs, including other frameworks or languages, don't come as close.

Easy management for external packages, easy build and project dependency mappings, easy unit test suites, etc. A lot of extensions work great out of the box (DB integrations, code coverage tools, security/vulnerability tools, benchmark testing, etc.).

Seeing as a lot of C#/.NET things are open source now, I wish that they would also work on an IDE for Mac and Linux. They're about to retire the Mac preview VS, which didn't compare to the Windows counterpart, but still usable.

DICE is great, but most of these are tied to venues. Most of the bigger stages, stadiums, theaters, etc. all have contracts through LiveNation, so TicketMaster/LiveNation is the only way to enter those venues.

You can sometimes call the box office directly though.

I used to use Pop! on my desktop for years, until an update they did a few years ago I didn't like, and I switched out of the distro. Never gave it another chance, but maybe I can revisit it for this mbp.

Do you know if you are able to map and do all the multi-touch gestures on it fine? And have you tried remapping some of the keys with the CMD button?

If you're not playing games that require kernel level anti-cheats, chances are, they already work on Linux.

If your running Steam, enable running proton in settings. If your running GoG or Epic, use Heroic Launcher.

I've been Linux mainly since 2019. Only thing I really go back to Windows for is Photoshop and Vegas.

I love MusicBee. Was browsing through this post to see if anyone recommended anything that is similar to it, but still nothing.

Without context of that poll, that doesn't mean much. Someone who eat fast food or have it often might not have to cut back on eating it.

I just saw the news for Nexus mods like 20 minutes after I posted that. Hopefully it can be integrated well soon.

But yes, over time, things will continue to get better. Even Nvidia finally started working on open drivers for their GPUs.

Thanks! It looks like libinput-gestures might be one of the missing puzzle pieces I need for making it feel like a mac again!

Nonono, you see, it was always safe to do, it's the best, really. But when those crooked blue districts do it, that's when you run into FAKE results. Those blue districts don't send their best. /s

Sounds exactly the same for a regular IT help desk job in a company that runs all windows or Mac.

Mood

At further inspection they're also wearing Spongebob lapel pins.

These still don't change the fact that I am more confused by that than anything else.

A lot of mods are also windows locked too.

I really hate this as well. I have a few short videos in vertical, and it forces it to be shorts. Can't find any option to have it be a regular video.

I thought that phone charging was a harmonica, and I was so confused why that was charging.

If there is less demand for people leasing offices, the property valuation will drop. There's also another school of arguments where people commuting drives business to the areas they commute through, but idk how much that argument still holds with the rise of online shopping.
