Buy a minivan, remove back seats. Add a bed and a battery bank, a small travel fridge and a hob for cooking then start camping at the nearest national parks. Refine my load out and start venturing farther and farther out.

The enshitification of capitalism? Color me shocked!

Why insult Conan like this? ;)

Wait, free health care in America?!

Before that there was STFU and sit still. Sadly, this was the era in which I was raised.

Yeah, imagine a company being so dug into ruining the user experience.

It's an old code but it checks out

According to him aren't elections already fixed?

Kyle Clark is a Colorado treasure. I watched his show almost every night since 2018 until I moved out of Colorado. He is witty, insightful and just the right amount of sarcastic. I hope he is still on air when I finally go back home

As with all tech; it depends. It's another tool in my toolbox and a useful one at that. Will it replace me in my job? Not anytime soon. However, it will make me more proficient at my job and my 30+ years of experience will keep its bad ideas out of production. If my bosses decide tomorrow that I can be replaced with AI in the current state, they deserve what they have coming. That said, they are willing to pay for additional tooling provided me with multiple AI engines and I can't be more thrilled. I'd rather give AI a simple task to do the busy work than work with overseas developers that get it wrong time and time again and take a week to iterate while asking how for loops work in Python.

He was referring to Trump.

"Nevermind, I figured it out."

God bless this man.

"and you're fired " FTFY

Emphasis on "right."

He's been doing it for so long it's exactly what we are conditioned to expect.

Get some help.

“Has the White House considered the possibility that a terrorist could be in the country right now after crossing the southern border?”

What a bullshit question. The core question is valid, “Has the White House considered the possibility that a terrorist could be in the country right now."

But the rest is a bullshit political talking point, “...after crossing the southern border?”

As if we only have one method for a terrorist to get in. Nevermind the northern border, the shores, air flights, and then the truly scary threat that the terrorists were born here and are citizens. But, screw all that, WhAt AbOUt tHe MeXiCaNs!?

This framing shows that the asker has more interest in building support for a Republican talking point into the coming elections than giving a shit about terrorist threats within our borders (all of them).

Raise hell, praise Dale!

We're gonna need a bigger scratching post.

Adding Bluetooth to a vacuum cleaner does make it suck more.

I took my first dose of Vyvanse at 46 and realized what silence actually sounds like. Then I took a nap. I no longer take medication because I realized that I mostly have developed healthy enough coping skills at 51 years to deal but I also recognize it's a very sharp and useful tool to have in the toolbox when needed.

That's about 300% better than my average!

Don't insult us nerds by calling him one of us!

Women are so I could get more than a month or so I can do that for the kids to get that stuff out for the first day and I can go back and see what I want for a little more of them and I can do that twice and I can do that for them and they can do that twice then it is as well but they have a good time

My God, this sounds like a Trump stump speech.

Fix the court? The court is fixed!

Princess Pumpkin Patty-cake.

He's being prosecuted for doing something illegal (allegedly) that wasn't part of his official duties as President.

You can never ever go wrong with the Miles Davis album, Kind of Blue.

Terraform.... Oh wait, Nevermind. I need to start switching to OpenTofu now.

I recommend Charmin Ultra Strong.

A Love Supreme by John Coltrane. And in no way do I mean this as a dis for anything that followed. A masterpiece is simply just that.

Any flavor of vi, Gnu Screen, lrzsz, bash with the usual cli tools (awk, sed, grep, tail, head, rev, cat, tac, and recently jq and yq). Also openssh client. Some flavor of netcat is also crazy useful too. This is a good home for me to do my thing.

Edir: oh, and git. How did I forget git?!

I have used the hell out of it for a project that needs to be written in go. I have no experience in go (but I do in over a dozen other languages). It has helped me tremendously. The autocomplete freaks me out sometimes as if it's reading my mind.

A haunted House meets a corn maze. I love it!

I don't see it.
