The Saints Row remake isn’t the most exciting thing

Super hyped for this game and appreciate these review summary threads since they make researching games so much more convenient.

Fire Emblem has relationships you can maintain, as do Mass Effect/Dragon Age though to a somewhat less gameplay impacting scope

It isn’t just a mobile game, you get the Mac and iPad versions as well so you effectively just get the game on Apple’s platform.

Pretty much any of the souls games or something like Viewtiful Joe

It does and you can use external drives via the usb C port

You’ll need to download their software to map the rear keys/tweak anything else. They also have a phone app that does the same thing if you didn’t want to install it on your computer

Agree with all of this. People who deride games just because they are mobile are not much better than those people who see video games as being strictly for children

So you’ll get stutters no matter what version you use until the shaders compile. Play a few games, load into the training area with every character, and it will get up to a decent 40-50

Doesn’t PS2 use a PowerPC architecture? And newer consoles are on x86 so having FPGAs for either stack feels uneconomic right now. Also the issue with making roms compatible is a lot of them used chip level tricks to get certain things to function.

You’re right! I wonder if there’s a reason beyond costs.
