massive screen real estate at 144hz all the time was worth it for work alone.
still using an LG V30 (24bit 96k dac) with a few varying pairs of IEMs almost daily. going to keep using the V30 until it doesn't work on cell networks anymore. really don't want to have to fuck about with carrying an external dac to use good headphones.

SketchUp for doing home based building stuff that's not super detailed is a pretty good option. it has kind of a wacky interface but, if you're trying to build in 3dbehat normally gets built with plywood and 2x4s, it's a pretty good solution
this happened to us, mostly the wife... we went from 3 Ikea cabinets full of hoyas to putting a 6x8 outdoor greenhouse IN the house. it's insane.
